Contacted Sians Special Occasions for a sweetcart for our wedding. They were responsive, made ordering and booking super easy, and delivered a great selection of sweets on a beautiful cart on the day for a very reasonable price! Thank you very much ♥️

Sian’s special occasions provided the decor for our lovely wedding on the 10th October. From the get go me and my wife got on really well with Sian and Ian, they were both so approachable and always answered every question we had. They have a wide variety of decorations and will go out of their way to help you. They have a wonderful showroom and when you talk to them you get the feeling like they know what they’re talking about. We can’t reccomend them enough.

Myself and now my husband searched everywhere for a venue dresser and found this business on Hitched, we decided to use Sian’s Special Occasions for our special day, they did an absolutely brilliant job, we had full venue dressing, including Aisle decor and styling, and full dressing for our wedding breakfast, the finished results was breathtaking! All of our guests commented how beautiful it looked.

Initially, communication with Sian was very good, and the team was welcoming when we visited their warehouse. However, our experience became disappointing.

The welcome sign supplied for our event had my name spelt incorrectly, which I chose to overlook. We had also paid a refundable £150 deposit and were told deductions would only be made if anything was damaged or went missing, which seemed fair.

After the event, we were informed that £45 would be deducted for cleaning stains from the carpet. This was surprising, as a carpet used at an event will naturally be walked on and should normally be cleaned between customers.

They claimed they had instructed a member of the hotel staff to ask us to remove the carpet during the reception. However, Sian had our contact details and could have contacted us directly. When I asked for the staff member’s name, they were unable to provide it.

It therefore feels as though we have been charged for routine carpet cleaning rather than any confirmed damage. This has left us extremely disappointed, particularly after such a positive start. Based on our experience, I would advise customers to be cautious and obtain written clarification about exactly what the refundable deposit can be used for.

We used Sian and Ian to style and dress our wedding venue, and it was one of the best decisions we made, and we can't thank them enough! We wanted a theme that felt deeply magical and a little bit fantasy, using a black and ivory colour scheme. They executed it perfectly and completely transformed the space into something enchanting, seeing it on the day took our breath away. What made the experience even better was how brilliant they were with communication. We messaged them with questions and various things, and they were always quick to answer and nothing was too much for them. They are extremely professional, creative, and easy to work with, and genuinely care about your day.

we found this company when ours cancelled on us and we are so glad we went with sians special occasions! even better than the company we was origianlly going for. done our church and venue to perfection and just how we wanted our day. we can not thankyou enough honestly. highly recommened this company, also you see what your actually getting and how your day will look. thanks again from the bottom of our hearts. Sian and her husband was absolutely brilliant from start to finish. Myself and my husband had no idea what we wanted and they were both brilliant at showing us around the showroom and helping us piece everything together. The room looked absolutely beautiful and wish we could do it all again.

Amazing! They were an incredible, flexible couple with the most wonderful human touch. They were a breeze to work with and they provide a solution every single time. They are 10000% recommended for people with small and large budgets definitely they are the decorators of your dream wedding.

Sian and Ian were very helpful and answered any questions I had they were lovely. The wedding decor on the day was perfect everything that I wanted and I didn’t need to have a package I could pick and choose what I would like. We can’t thank them enough for the lovely job they did on the day. I would highly recommend!

What can I say Sian and her husband transformed our venue , the moment we walked in I was lost for words they did an incredible job and I would 100% recommend these to all my family and friends , well worth the money , they also have a large showroom which is very good as you can go have a look at all your decor , thank you both so much for making our day so special

Sian’s Special Occasion has been great from start to finish. They’ve done a fantastic job decorating the Church, 2x room at the wedding venue, I was blown away when I’d arrived at our wedding breakfast room at The Upper house,
It was bursting with beauty and colours. I would highly recommend this business.

Sian and her Husband went out of there way to play a big part in our special day. They organised the staff at our venue without hesitation and took all the stress off us. The room was decorated immaculatly everything we wanted and more. They really take the stress out of having to decorate a venue for a very good price to. Sians Occasions have been absolutely incredible from start to finish when it came to our wedding. From the very start they explained everything to us, they welcomed us to their shop and showed us all of our options for decor, the prices and deals are so good and value for what you get plus the stress of you doing everything yourself is so worth it. Sian and her partner made us feel really comfortable, answered all of our questions and honestly made the venue on our big day look absolutely gorgeous. We cannot thank Sians Occasions enough and 10000% recommend them!

After having our venue dresser cancel on us Sian and her partner came to our rescue and I can’t express how much I am glad they did! Sian and her partner were fantastic from the minute we met them! Nothing was too much trouble for them! Such a lovely couple! Communication was great and listened to what it was that we wanted our venue to look like not how they thought was best!

The decorated our wedding venue beyond our expectations! It was stunning and fantastic value for money!

Even when we had another hiccup in the wedding they came to the rescue once again giving us numbers and advice!
