Sians Special Occasions, offers wedding & event styling to transform your venue and be the perfect setting for your special day. They understand that you’re looking for the styling to be a reflection of you both and will work closely with you to fully understand the vision exceeding your expectations! Their services include: -A consultation with Sian, the Creative Director where she will get to know you, your likes, dislikes & your vision for the day during a showroom visit for you to view the items in person and have a play with different styles, colours & textures while discussing your budget and working out the best package or creating a personalised package to suit your requirements – Any new venues they haven’t yet had the pleasure of visiting they can offer a venue visit to fully understand the space and potential for transformation – On the day set up and styling, so you can sit back and relax knowing we’re taking care of everything making sure it looks perfect!

Absolutely beautiful venue dressing and fantastic to work with.
We used Sian and Ian to style and dress our wedding venue, and it was one of the best decisions we made, and we can't thank them enough! We wanted a theme that felt deeply magical and a little bit fantasy, using a black and ivory colour scheme. They executed it perfectly and completely transformed the space into something enchanting, seeing it on the day took our breath away. What made the experience even better was how brilliant they were with communication. We messaged them with questions and various things, and they were always quick to answer and nothing was too much for them. They are extremely professional, creative, and easy to work with, and genuinely care about your day.

amazing company
we found this company when ours cancelled on us and we are so glad we went with sians special occasions! even better than the company we was origianlly going for. done our church and venue to perfection and just how we wanted our day. we can not thankyou enough honestly. highly recommened this company, also you see what your actually getting and how your day will look. thanks again from the bottom of our hearts. Sian and her husband was absolutely brilliant from start to finish. Myself and my husband had no idea what we wanted and they were both brilliant at showing us around the showroom and helping us piece everything together. The room looked absolutely beautiful and wish we could do it all again.

Angels drop from heaven
Amazing! They were an incredible, flexible couple with the most wonderful human touch. They were a breeze to work with and they provide a solution every single time. They are 10000% recommended for people with small and large budgets definitely they are the decorators of your dream wedding.

Perfect wedding decor
Sian and Ian were very helpful and answered any questions I had they were lovely. The wedding decor on the day was perfect everything that I wanted and I didn’t need to have a package I could pick and choose what I would like. We can’t thank them enough for the lovely job they did on the day. I would highly recommend!

Venue dressing
Sian’s Special Occasion has been great from start to finish. They’ve done a fantastic job decorating the Church, 2x room at the wedding venue, I was blown away when I’d arrived at our wedding breakfast room at The Upper house,

Caitlin and Joe's Wedding
Sian and her Husband went out of there way to play a big part in our special day. They organised the staff at our venue without hesitation and took all the stress off us. The room was decorated immaculatly everything we wanted and more. They really take the stress out of having to decorate a venue for a very good price to. Our day would not of been as good without Sain, we recommend Sians Special Occasions 100 present. Thanks Sian for everything you did ❤️

Above and beyond!
Sians Occasions have been absolutely incredible from start to finish when it came to our wedding. From the very start they explained everything to us, they welcomed us to their shop and showed us all of our options for decor, the prices and deals are so good and value for what you get plus the stress of you doing everything yourself is so worth it. Sian and her partner made us feel really comfortable, answered all of our questions and honestly made the venue on our big day look absolutely gorgeous. We cannot thank Sians Occasions enough and 10000% recommend them!

Beautiful Venue Dressing
After having our venue dresser cancel on us Sian and her partner came to our rescue and I can’t express how much I am glad they did! Sian and her partner were fantastic from the minute we met them! Nothing was too much trouble for them! Such a lovely couple! Communication was great and listened to what it was that we wanted our venue to look like not how they thought was best!
The decorated our wedding venue beyond our expectations! It was stunning and fantastic value for money!
Even when we had another hiccup in the wedding they came to the rescue once again giving us numbers and advice!

One of our favourite wedding supplier
Sian was prompt to respond to my queries and they delivered the service well more than I expected. I only wanted a basic decoration but they have variety of options which is a plus point. After the party, they packed up the decorations quite efficiently which gave us less worry. We are quite satisfied with the result.

Amazing place. Highly recommended!
Amazing place. Wide choice of packages and if there isn't one to suit, Sian will soon sort you something out. The sweet cart was a bit with everyone, more the adults than the kids! The photo booth was wonderful, the album is brilliant. And the venue looked amazing. The work this couple put into dressing the venue and making everything just perfect is amazing.
