Hi Everyone.
Why did I start my own Wedding Business, it wasn't actually a wedding business when I first started out in 2020, I started a party business with just Led numbers & a kids sweet cart. The picture I've put on is when I first got my van..I was so excited!!
I was a Maid of Honour for my friend in Turkey and as I only went for a week for the wedding I came home and very sneakily cleaned her house from top to bottom ( I also Like doing house work) and filling her fridge with food for both her husband and kids (who wants to go shopping after coming back from their hols/honeymoon) & after washing her Wedding dress that I brought back with me I changed her living room into an amazing display of Love with photo's from the wedding in frames, bunting, roses in vases and a line of petals from the front door to all the way to the living room.
I got woke up at 2am from my friend in tears thanking me for such a lovely thing, telling me I should do it as a business so here I am.
As I said at the start I started off with parties and gradually over the years inbetween working started adding to my collection and taking the leap to leave the parties behind and venture into weddings.
With the help & support of my Husband I have gradually took over the house with all my business stuff, I'm only a one woman business but I do have an helper called Lucas who helps me setup and when it comes to colecting the items my husband Kevin is always at hand.
You will notice that my prices are cheaper than other companies, this is not because I'm not as good as them, it's because I Love what I do so much that I don't take a wage out of my business I put all monies back into the business buying more items, maknig sure all insurances, website, van fee's are all up to date and of course paying my helpers.
I love being apart of couples weddings from start to finish, giving advice if and when required, letting clients know when I have something new arrived and more importantly being their friend and taking all the stress out of their special day so they can enjoy it, this is reflective in my reviews on my facebook account.
