For signage and hand-painted jackets it is recommended that you contact 3 months in advance and with styling/prop hire - it's never too early!

We work super closely with our couples, with 1-1 calls & venue visits so we can get to know you and help you create a wedding that reflects you!

Direct Debit. A 25% deposit is required to save your date

The most beautiful decor
My wife and I booked with Ink and Alder more than 18 months ago, planning to come to the UK from NZ. The whole planning process was simple, no stress and Amy always updated us if new pieces were becoming available that we may want to hire.
Come the wedding, Tom was so friendly and prompt in delivering the items and it was super easy for us. We opted to do a dry hire and place our own decor and wow, was it all amazing. Everyone commented on how wonderful the decor looked, and we were so pleased with how it turned out.
Seeing Amy and Tom when they picked up our decor afterwards felt like seeing friends and we felt so at ease throughout the entire process. We 100% recommend booking Ink and Alder services, whatever it is you get! They made our wedding so beautiful! 🤩

Amy understood my vision immediately (even if I was terrible at trying to explain it!), and made our venue look completely perfect 😍
Our venue was open to the public until early evening, so Amy & Tom only had around 90 minutes to get everything set up and delivered above and beyond. When we saw the set up, I cried little happy tears!

Ink and Alder Made my Wedding Day
Amy was absolutely incredible and if I could start from scratch I would definitely hire Amy again. She made the day so special and tailored everything we wanted perfectly to go with our unusual theme. She was in constant contact with me and always got back to me really quickly with anything I had questions about. The support was brilliant and it was like we had been friends for years when we spoke she is so friendly and approachable. We had the full moon package and extra signage but Amy even sourced items not in her brochure to tailor to our wedding. I couldn’t have asked for a better supplier, she made my day incredible and memorable. Everyone was talking about the decor all day.

Absolutely fantastic - 10000% recommend!!
We initially got in touch with Ink and Alder as we wanted to hire some screen dividers for our wedding. After chatting with Amy and looking through their catalogue we ended up hiring about 20+ different things off them. The hexagonal arch was absolutely perfect for what we wanted. They also had loads of cool rugs and chairs to create a really nice seating area as well as loads of other little bits and pieces that really tied everything in together. They were super enthusiastic throughout and unbelievably helpful and efficient in getting everything set up where it needed to be and then cleared away again the following day. I would fully recommend them to anyone looking to hire party props and other things - we have literally nothing negative to say at all!
