At Immersive Elements – Lighting and Sound Hire, we provide professional lighting, audio and entertainment for weddings, parties and live events across the UK.
Based in Manchester, we use professional-grade equipment from leading industry brands, giving your event the quality, reliability and impact you would expect from a professional live production.
Our lighting systems include Chauvet Rogue R3 Spots, ADJ Focus Spot 4Zs, Martin MAC Aura washes, Ayrton MagicBlade-R fixtures, wireless uplighting and more. From elegant venue lighting and first-dance looks to live band lighting and full dance floor effects, we can create a setup that transforms your space.
Lighting packages start from £650 and include delivery, professional setup, operation and an on-site technician.
Our audio systems use Martin Audio professional PA equipment with Yamaha digital mixing consoles, including Martin Audio XP12 speakers and XP118 subwoofers. These systems provide clear, powerful and reliable sound for DJs, live bands, speeches and background music.
Audio packages start from £495, including delivery, setup, sound check and an on-site technician.

Hi, I'm Joe - Lead Technician - Immersive Elements.
I have over 9 years of experience in the live events and wedding industry, combining hands-on technical work with years of performing at weddings and events across the UK.
My background as a professional wedding musician has given me a strong understanding of what makes an event work from both the entertainment and production side. Over the years, I have worked with live sound systems, stage lighting, DJs, bands and event venues, building practical experience in creating the right atmosphere for different types of events.
Alongside running Immersive Elements, I also work as a Live Events Technician Apprenticeship Trainer, where I teach and support the next generation of event technicians. This includes training in professional lighting, audio systems, live event production, equipment setup, technical operation and health and safety.
This experience allows me to approach every event with a strong technical understanding while also considering what matters most to the client and their guests.
I started Immersive Elements to offer a more professional and straightforward approach to event lighting and sound hire, using high-quality industry equipment, carefully designed setups and experienced technical support.
Whether it is a wedding, party, live band or private event, my aim is to provide a reliable, professional service that helps make the event look, sound and feel exactly as it should.
