Sara really was our anchor for the official part of our wedding day. I always thought the ceremony would be the scariest part, but honestly, Sara made us feel at ease from our first planning meeting and on the big day, there was absolutely nothing scary about it. We do not like speaking in public, but we read our wedding vows with ease and made no errors in front of our 90 or so guests. We included interesting highlights in the ceremony, as suggested by Sara, by way of handfasting and drinking out the quaich cup (which we designed and had engraved). Sara also very kindly ensured that our chosen ceremony music would be played perfectly timed via Spotify and her portable speaker. Sara loves to build your love story and ours included a lot of humour which helped to make the ceremony as informal as possible and entertaining for our guests. Sara is extremely professional and you can tell producing the perfect ceremony is her passion. We would 100% recommend Sara for your wedding ceremony! Thank you Sara. Xx

She organised meetings prior to our wedding to really understand and get to know us, our love story etc and this really made us feel relaxed. The way she told our love story was absolutely perfect and we absolutely loved it so much, as did all our guests! From our very first phone call, Sara was warm, kind, incredibly sweet and so accommodating. She immediately put us at ease, and what started as a celebrant-client relationship quickly became something so much more personal. By the time she married us, it genuinely felt like we had a friend — and almost like family — standing beside us on one of the most important days of our lives.

Living in Australia and travelling all the way back to Scotland for our wedding at the beautiful Dunglass Estate could have made the planning process feel overwhelming, but Sara made everything so easy. She was always there to answer our questions, offer guidance and share so many wonderful ideas that helped make our ceremony personal and completely “us”. She was incredibly understanding and made the whole process feel effortless.

One of the most special parts of our ceremony was the beautiful and heartfelt tribute Sara created for my mum, who sadly passed away and wasn’t there to see me get married. This was such an emotional and important part of our day, and Sara handled it with so much love, thought and sensitivity. She created a truly beautiful moment that allowed us to honour my mum and feel like she was still very much a part of our wedding. It is a moment I will treasure forever, and I’m so grateful Sara helped make it so incredibly special.

On our wedding day, Sara was absolutely amazing. She made us feel calm, comfortable and completely at ease, and she delivered our ceremony with so much warmth, genuine emotion and personality. She captured our relationship and our story perfectly, and we genuinely couldn’t have asked for anyone better to marry us.

Sara was fantastic from the very first time we met her all the way through to the big day. We knew during our first meeting that she was the one we wanted marrying us based on her kind and approachable personality.

She was very supportive throughout the whole journey; whether it was meeting up with us, checking in and helping us with the paperwork. She went out her way to get to know all about us individually and as a couple which showed us just how invested she was in learning our love story.

Sara has a wonderful way with words; our ceremony was filled with laughter, happy tears and heartfelt moments. More than we could have ever imagined. Our friends and family gave us so many compliments on how lovely and sentimental the ceremony was.

Myself and my husband got married on 08/08/2026 and had an absolutely amazing day filled with laughs, tears and lots of love. Thanks to Sara, our guests were able to hear our love story and all the wee things that make our relationship so special to us. We had reached out to Sara well over a year ago and from the first meeting we both knew that we wanted Sara to be our celebrant. We met on several occasions and shared so much of our lives so far and the ceremony that Sara created felt very beautiful and personal- exactly what we wanted. I honestly don’t know how to put into words just how perfect Sara made our ceremony ❤️

From the very beginning, she just got us. Our ceremony felt completely personal to us as a couple and to our family. Nothing felt generic or like something she had said a hundred times before – it genuinely felt like our story.

One of the most important things to us was including all 5 of our kids, aged from 5 to 16, and Sara helped us do that in such a special way. We had a sand ceremony that included all of them, as well as our handfasting, and they are moments I know we’ll remember forever.

The whole ceremony had absolutely everything. We laughed, we cried, and somehow so did half of our guests 😂❤️ So many people spoke to us afterwards about how lovely and personal the ceremony was and how it had them going from laughing one minute to crying the next.

Sara didn’t just marry us – she somehow managed to take our whole family, our story and everything that matters to us, and turn it into a ceremony that felt completely and utterly ours. ❤️

Sara made what could easily have just been the “formal” part of the day into one of my absolute favourite parts of our wedding. It felt like us from beginning to end.

Sara was the best celebrant we could have wished for! She told our love story so perfectly on our wedding day with the perfect mix of love and humour. That is all testament to the amount of preparation that Sara put in to getting to know us as a couple, our preferences around the ceremony and our story. Sara guided us through all of the legal parts of the ceremony and optional elements that we were less familiar with, such as the quaich ritual and blessing. Sara was a calming presence on the day, she welcomed our guests and ensured the ceremony ran smoothly.

Sara's support and guidance through the whole "getting married" process made it so easy for us.
We met online for an intro and then she came to meet us, and get to know us. She seemed get us almost straight away, and was able to put together a completely unique and personal ceremony that truly reflected us, our relationship, the time we spend together and what we enjoy.
Sara kept us on track with dates for the paperwork side of things, as well as with ideas for content of the actual ceremony.
She put us at ease on the day.

Sara guided us every step of the way. Sending information and details of the correct documents to fill in and when and where to send these. Sara also coordinated seamlessly with our venue and singer to ensure everything ran smoothly. What made the ceremony so special was how deeply she got to know us—our journey, our relationship, and what matters most to us. She asked us both thoughtful questions to answer individually, then wove our responses together into a heartfelt narrative. Hearing each other’s words as part of the ceremony was such a meaningful and emotional surprise.

At Sara’s suggestion, we included a handfasting ritual, which was incredibly special—and we loved learning that it’s where the phrase “tying the knot” comes from. She also made a beautiful effort to include our children and even suggested that the blessing for the handfasting ritual be read by my sister, which meant so much to us.

Sara was wonderful from our very first contact. We had a very small secret wedding with just 4 guests in our home. Sara helped create something that was so special.
