Meet the team
Bonjour, hello, and congratulations! 🎉
I’m George, a wedding celebrant with a passion for creating ceremonies that are joyful, personal, and full of heart (with just the right amount of humour). My journey into this world started when a few brave family members let me take the reins at their weddings — and I absolutely loved it! There’s something magical about helping two people tell their love story in front of everyone who matters most, and I haven’t looked back since.
Originally from the rolling hills of Lancashire, I now call Canterbury home, where I live with my family — and a very enthusiastic two-year-old who insists on hosting daily tea parties. When I’m not crafting bespoke ceremonies, you’ll likely find me on the rugby pitch, pottering about in the garden, or building something slightly wonky in the shed.
Oh, and if you fancy a touch of je ne sais quoi, I can also conduct your ceremony in French (thanks to my degree in French and a wonderful year living in Perpignan). Perfect if you fancy a bilingual twist or a little French flair. 🇫🇷
Whether you’re after something traditional, totally unique, or delightfully bilingual, I’ll work with you to make sure your ceremony feels 100% you — heartfelt, memorable, and filled with love (and maybe a few happy tears).
