We had the absolute pleasure of having Eleanor as our celebrant for our wedding in May 2025, and we honestly couldn’t have asked for anyone better. From the very beginning, she was warm, personable, and incredibly thoughtful — taking the time to really get to know us as a couple and craft a beautiful ceremony.

Eleanor was amazing from start to finish. With regular catch ups via email and zoom it was the perfect way to get to know each other. We were a little nervous about the process of our celebrant understanding us and what we wanted out of our day but Eleanor truly perfected this and completely put us at ease and we even enjoyed the questions along the way. What can we say about Eleanor… she gave us the most perfect ceremony we could have asked for. We were looking for a celebrant who could give us a very personal and uplifting ceremony, and we ended up making a friend who dedicated so much time to helping us plan the perfect ceremony. From all the zoom calls to the day itself, we always felt comfortable and at ease, and full of confidence that she was going to deliver everything we wanted and more.

It's difficult to put into words how amazing Eleanor was and the lasting impact she's had on our marriage. She was the first celebrant we spoke to when we initially decided to choose a celebrant for our ceremony and within 5 minutes of speaking to her, our minds were made up! During the free initial consultation, Eleanor gave us a whole hour of her time and talked us through the services she provided, taking the time to get to know us and answering all of our questions. This was all done with a calm, humorous and reassuring manner - it was like talking to a best friend! We felt that Eleanor really got 'us' as a couple even from that first meeting and she had so many amazing ideas of how we could incorporate some more traditional wedding elements into a ceremony that we really wanted to be done in our own unique way. We left the conversation buzzing with energy and excitement knowing that we'd found *the person* to tell our story.

Over the next few months, Eleanor checked in with us regularly and helped us create a beautiful, personal ceremony that featured everything we could have dreamed and hoped for. Even though we live outside of the UK with a 7 hour time difference, she made a huge effort to accommodate us. When we were back in the UK, we had the chance to meet up with her in person to catch up on the ceremony and discuss next steps. At no point did we feel that she was taking over or making decisions on our behalf, but when we were stuck for ideas she gave helpful suggestions of what we could do to make things even more special. There was a very close family bereavement a few months away from the wedding and throughout this difficult time Eleanor was extremely calm and sensitive to our needs and supported us to make some changes to our ceremony script to incorporate a very moving tribute. Eleanor was also incredibly neuro-affirming throughout and we would recommend her to any ND couples looking for a celebrant.

Eleanor wrote a beautiful ceremony that included ring warming, candle lighting, readings, book exchange and a live performance from one of the bridesmaids - all themed around our favourite books and video games. The script perfectly captured our feelings for each other as well as the history of our relationship - which many of our UK based close friends and family don't know very well as we met right before covid and live in Asia. Our guests were completely bowled over by how intimate, funny and emotional the ceremony was (there were lots of happy tears!). Many of our guests had not been to a celebrant-led ceremony before, but all spoke passionately about this being a huge highlight of the day.

At the heart of this was all Eleanor - the most incredible human inside and out with an unrivalled talent for turning your love story into a beautiful ceremony. She genuinely cared deeply for us as a couple and that really shone through before, during and after the ceremony. There were also plenty of gorgeous personal touches such as little gifts during the planning process and the post-wedding delivery too! We could not have imagined a more wonderful person to tell our story and host our ceremony and cannot say thank you enough. We feel so lucky to have found Eleanor and feel like we've made a friend for life. We would recommend Eleanor to anyone looking to create an intimate, personalised experience for their special day.

Over the twelve months leading up to our ceremony, Eleanor made a big effort to get to know us as individuals and as a couple. She got a real sense of who we are and crafted the ideal wedding ceremony for us, offering to make changes until it was perfect. She really felt like a teammate and was a constant source of warmth, encouragement and positivity through the hectic ride of planning & organising. Eleanor was our wedding celebrant in July and she created such a beautiful, personal and unique ceremony. Even better than we could have ever imagined!
