In addition to his celebrant work, Richard has appeared in movies and on TV as a Supporting Artist. He is a fully qualified Celebrant, having been trained by the leading celebrant training organisation in the UK. While not all celebrants obtain this qualification—since it is not a legal requirement in the UK—it requires time, effort, and significant expense. Richard believes that this investment was worthwhile, as it allows him to provide the very best service to his clients

Richard likes to keep his fees very affordable and it includes:

• Initial intro meeting and any subsequent Zoom meetings.
• Unlimited time devoted to creating and perfecting your ceremony.
• Advice, ideas and guidance on logistics, music, readings, writing vows, props and symbolic acts.
• Any enhancement required such as Candle Ceremony, Loving Cup, Hand Fasting etc.
• Advice and guidance on writing your vows (or I can write them for you/with you).
• Writing of a completely bespoke wedding ceremony script.
• Printing of all readings for the ceremony.
• A printed presentation script in a folder, for you to keep and treasure forever.
• Commemorative Wedding Certificate to sign during the ceremony.
• Use of any of my fabulous props - eg unity candle sticks, loving cup, handfasting ribbons, sand ceremony vases etc.
• The delivery of your ceremony on the day (with lots of smiles).
• Bose PA system for ceremony music if required.

Richard encourages communication between himself and his clients during the writing process to ensure that they are satisfied with the result. He can provide his celebrant services for various faiths, including Baptist, Catholic, Methodist, and more. He also offers secular services for non-religious or humanist couples.

Richard's background makes him uniquely placed to deliver your ceremony with professionalism, confidence and humour. When he is not creating and delivering ceremonies, Richard works as a Supporting Artist in Films & TV. Recent productions include Bank of Dave, The Confessions of Frannie Langton, Peaky Blinders, Victoria, and many more. Richard also appeared as a contestant on Channel 4's 'Come Dine With Me' and despite a lack of cooking skills, won the show! The rest of the time is spent riding his treasured Kawasaki and walking his equally treasured (perhaps a little more) Spaniel.
