We contacted Nicola quite late in the process after deciding a vicar-led service wasn't for us, and we are so glad we did! Nicola provided an incredible, comprehensive service from start to finish and was simply a pleasure to work with. She first spoke with us on the phone, then arranged to meet in person - she took the time and effort to really get to know our story, and who we are as individuals and a couple. From there she went on to write the most beautiful service, which we had plenty of opportunity to amend and edit, before rehearsing in full before the big day. Everything, from start to finish, was included in the original quote price.

Nicola is a fantastic orator, and the service on the day was fluent, beautiful and had a real sense of 'occasion'. Nicola is incredibly flexible in her approach to services - she listens carefully to what the couple want then uses her wealth of experience to bring their vision to life (and then some!).

From our initial meeting, it was clear that Nicola wanted to give us the wedding service we had envisaged, helping us with suggested ideas and formats and providing some lovely words about us as part of our ceremony, using information she had gained from our initial meeting at our wedding venue. We wanted a service that was intimate, loving and with elements of humour that fully encapsulated our partnership. As my second marriage, I wanted to incorporate my teenage children into the service too, which we beautifully accomplished through our vows of commitment to them, which made them feel equally important and involved. All in all, I would highly recommend Nicola as your celebrant choice to get the wedding ceremony that you desire.

My now husband & I reside in NZ but we wanted to return to England to have our ceremony with family.

There was a 13 hr time difference, we could attend zoom appointments only and a rehearsal wasn't possible. But that did not stop the wonderful Nicola from pulling the most heart warming cereomy out the bag !!

Nicola was so great! We originally planned for a friend to perform our ceremony, as we wanted something personal to us and are not a fan of most registrar weddings. But we decided this would put a lot of pressure on one person and us for planning the day. Instead, we decided to look for a celebrant and I am so happy we decided to ask Nicola to perform our wedding. She made us very relaxed in the moment and in the lead-up to the day. She drafted the ceremony for us after we had a meeting and then sent it over to us for any amends, but to be very honest we made very little tweaks ourselves.

On the day she was great at meeting all of the important people to the wedding like the coordinator, photographer ect. Making everybody feel very relaxed in the run-up.

Everybody who wants a personalised ceremony should go for a celebrant wedding! It also enabled us to get in some Christian readings which is a big no-no for registrar weddings.
