Whitehead Catering was created in 1983 by Eileen and Ray Whitehead. Eileen had always loved cooking and baking and had been informally catering for friends' parties for years. The company's core principle is to provide great tasting food using local ingredients. Today, three generations later, with Nick & Mairi at the helm, those principles remain central.
