The food everyone is still talking about. Oli, Alex and the team, were just a dream from start to finish! We can not recommend them enough. Nothing was too much of a hassle, we had a few dietary restrictions but that was no issue. The food, service, staff were all unbelievably amazing and would not hesitate to use them again! 1000/10!!! Thank you so much ☺️

We were lucky enough to have Peninsula Catering for our wedding at the beginning of this month. Not only did they provide a gorgeous roast for our wedding breakfast, they also curated an amazing grazing table for our drinks reception. Both of which received excellent feedback from all our guests! The whole process was brilliant, from communication, to food tastings to selecting elements of the grazing table (something we did not take for granted after realising how rigid so many wedding companies are - we had the flexibility to completely choose our own menu, number of courses and even a trio of mini deserts which we were thrilled with). I was a little apprehensive as the venue we used didn’t have a typically large industrial kitchen, however, this was not a problem in the slightest and they were able to serve 10/10 quality food for all 84 guests! All in all, I’d absolutely recommend booking them. If we can think up a reason to have another party big enough we’ll be back in touch for them again.

Everyone absolutely raved about the food! Many said it was the best food they’d ever had at a wedding. We were so impressed by the whole experience with Ruben and his team, especially chef Paul who did an absolutely amazing job. We couldn’t be happier with our choice!

We recently had the pleasure of hiring Christian and his team to cater for our May’26 wedding- and quite honestly, we couldn’t recommend him enough. We consider ourselves foodies- and good food was an absolute must for us! From the very beginning- we knew Christian was going to be the right person for us- and we made no further enquiries after our initial call. So incredibly friendly, helpful and seemed genuinely excited to be on board from the get go! The whole process from start to finish was super easy and so enjoyable. Nothing was ever too much- and Christian was so responsive and happy to help whenever we had questions or wanted to talk through ideas. Christian developed a menu for us and he just hit the brief perfectly- and everything on offer was incredible! We genuinely had no notes after the tasting (which in itself was such a lovely and enjoyable experience), we were blown away. Christian made the run up to the wedding so much easier as we knew we could relax when it came to this part of the day and felt 100% reassured that he had everything in hand. The catering on the day itself seemed to run absolutely seamlessly. The meal was incredible as expected- and we had 77 extremely full and happy guests, who were all genuinely blown away with the standard of the food. Thankyou so much Christian!

Garni were the best choice for our wedding and we are so thankful we were recommended them. We so enjoyed having Garni do the day. The praise we received was so glowing when we were recommended them so we thought we’d be in safe hands, but from the moment we contacted Garni we were at ease about the catering for the day as nothing seemed to much trouble. The food was just brilliant. We were given an amazing tasting which gave us a good idea of what to expect in terms of the choices we’d made. It was a lovely experience for me and my husband to share together. We worked with Garni and suggested food that we liked and they came back with dishes that were next level, with thoughtful and exceptional additions which always raised the food to memorable well beyond the day. The catering on the day was incredible. We loved the food and our friends and family are still talking about it now. It was so important to us that they felt looked after and considered and it was clear that they felt this way afterwards. The starter was amazing and my vegetarian friend who is not a massive foodie but who has had a lot of bad vegetarian options said she didn’t know what it was but it was the nicest thing she’d ever eaten! The evening food as well came together so well. I felt like we didn’t stop dancing and hanging out so we didn’t have much of it ourselves but it was delicious and exactly what we wanted. Garni accommodated allergies, and additional extras so well. They also went out of their way to work with our small timeline. We got engaged and married within three months but had 60 at the wedding but nothing was a problem. We eat out a lot and the food was just incredible it was so wonderful. The communication from Garni from the off was brilliant. All the kids at the wedding were catered for. The canapés were exceptional and there were a lot of very happy not hungry kids rather than plates left empty. They’re the best.

Stonebaked With Love were the evening caterers for our wedding. They made the most amazing pizzas that the guests loved, and were even kind enough to make some extra pizzas for us to have the next day. They were also able to cater for wedding guests with dietary requirements.

These vendors came as part of a package with our venue & omg they were incredible We went to a menu tasting evening which I highly recommend to get some ideas Could not have been better regarding allergies - we had coeliac’s, nuts, dairy free etc. - you name it, and it was never an issue for them. The feedback from those with allergies is that they’ve never had a better experience, and weren’t made to feel ‘different’ or awkward On the day, they ensured that we got our own canapés, even asking when we’d like them so as to not interfere with photos / socialising etc. They checked in on us during the main meal to ensure everything was okay and if we needed anything more So professional, food quality was incredible, and really good evening options Honestly wish I could eat all my wedding food all over again!!

The food was great, pork was exceptional, stuffing perfectly moist and tasty but the best part..... the crackling, every piece was morishly perfect. We also had the chips and veggie skewers which were delicious and everything was served up on time with no fuss. Thanks again guys really helped make our day perfect.

We recently got married at Hatfeild Hall and booked The Manchester Barbecue Company to be the caterer for our wedding breakfast and evening meal. We couldn't speak more highly of Steve and his team as they made our day truly special, throughout the night our guests continously complimented how it was the best food and experience they'd ever had at a wedding. The package we opted for was a rodizio style table service with 6 different meats and then a hog roast as the night guests arrived. Steve and his team arrived 4 hours before to cook our food over charcoal, set up a salad bar buffet and supplied all the cutlery throughout the day. We had a dream in mind of the perfect wedding and we will forever be greatful to Steve and The Manchester Barbeque Company for making that a reality. We would without hesitation book Steve and his team again and are already trying to think of ways to do so, whether to cater for our house-warming, a large family gathering and even should we renew our vows in ten years time. Thank you Steve for tranforming our wedding from a day to remember into a day we will never forget.

Jen and Nicole were great from start to finish, they were so informative, professional and helpful all the way through planning and organising our wedding food. The tasting session was lovely and welcoming, and on the wedding day we had so many people come up to us and tell us how good the food was. One person told us it was the best food they've ever had at a wedding. Thank you Jen and Nicole and the whole Southcott Catering team!
