Wedding Catering in North West - England

Gladys catered for my family on New Year’s and it was an absolute delight. She is very professional, the food was served on time, beautifully presented, and she took great care to explain each dish, including any allergy or dietary considerations, even though we had already discussed these beforehand. The food was genuinely delicious. I’ve already recommended her to other family members for upcoming events, and I will definitely be coming back for more!

The food everyone is still talking about. Oli, Alex and the team, were just a dream from start to finish! We can not recommend them enough. Nothing was too much of a hassle, we had a few dietary restrictions but that was no issue. The food, service, staff were all unbelievably amazing and would not hesitate to use them again! 1000/10!!! Thank you so much ☺️

We were lucky enough to have Peninsula Catering for our wedding at the beginning of this month. Not only did they provide a gorgeous roast for our wedding breakfast, they also curated an amazing grazing table for our drinks reception. Both of which received excellent feedback from all our guests! The whole process was brilliant, from communication, to food tastings to selecting elements of the grazing table (something we did not take for granted after realising how rigid so many wedding companies are - we had the flexibility to completely choose our own menu, number of courses and even a trio of mini deserts which we were thrilled with). I was a little apprehensive as the venue we used didn’t have a typically large industrial kitchen, however, this was not a problem in the slightest and they were able to serve 10/10 quality food for all 84 guests! All in all, I’d absolutely recommend booking them. If we can think up a reason to have another party big enough we’ll be back in touch for them again.

Everyone absolutely raved about the food! Many said it was the best food they’d ever had at a wedding. We were so impressed by the whole experience with Ruben and his team, especially chef Paul who did an absolutely amazing job. We couldn’t be happier with our choice!

From start to finish the experience was none other than fantastic! To enjoy Christmas Day with family and watching the children enjoy the day rather then stressing over food was absolutely worth every penny! Highly recommend Andy our chef, polite, professional and what a cook! We had a fabulous day all of the family and was an experience we all won't forget! Will absolutely be booking again for future events without hesitation! DO NOT worry about if there is enough food!!! You will be eating for days! ( no joke) Thanks so much for making our 2025 Christmas one to remember ✨✨✨✨✨

Garni were the best choice for our wedding and we are so thankful we were recommended them. We so enjoyed having Garni do the day. The praise we received was so glowing when we were recommended them so we thought we’d be in safe hands, but from the moment we contacted Garni we were at ease about the catering for the day as nothing seemed to much trouble. The food was just brilliant. We were given an amazing tasting which gave us a good idea of what to expect in terms of the choices we’d made. It was a lovely experience for me and my husband to share together. We worked with Garni and suggested food that we liked and they came back with dishes that were next level, with thoughtful and exceptional additions which always raised the food to memorable well beyond the day. The catering on the day was incredible. We loved the food and our friends and family are still talking about it now. It was so important to us that they felt looked after and considered and it was clear that they felt this way afterwards. The starter was amazing and my vegetarian friend who is not a massive foodie but who has had a lot of bad vegetarian options said she didn’t know what it was but it was the nicest thing she’d ever eaten! The evening food as well came together so well. I felt like we didn’t stop dancing and hanging out so we didn’t have much of it ourselves but it was delicious and exactly what we wanted. Garni accommodated allergies, and additional extras so well. They also went out of their way to work with our small timeline. We got engaged and married within three months but had 60 at the wedding but nothing was a problem. We eat out a lot and the food was just incredible it was so wonderful. The communication from Garni from the off was brilliant. All the kids at the wedding were catered for. The canapés were exceptional and there were a lot of very happy not hungry kids rather than plates left empty. They’re the best.

These vendors came as part of a package with our venue & omg they were incredible We went to a menu tasting evening which I highly recommend to get some ideas Could not have been better regarding allergies - we had coeliac’s, nuts, dairy free etc. - you name it, and it was never an issue for them. The feedback from those with allergies is that they’ve never had a better experience, and weren’t made to feel ‘different’ or awkward On the day, they ensured that we got our own canapés, even asking when we’d like them so as to not interfere with photos / socialising etc. They checked in on us during the main meal to ensure everything was okay and if we needed anything more So professional, food quality was incredible, and really good evening options Honestly wish I could eat all my wedding food all over again!!

The Southcott catering team provided their services for our wedding at Eden Barn in October. Jenn and Nicole managed the process on the lead up to the wedding, and it was seamless and professional. The tasting session was really enjoyable and we loved tasting and picking our menu. All allergies, including a severe wheat allergy, was considered and treated like it wasn’t an issue at all which was brilliant. On the day, the only way I can describe them was a ‘well oiled machine’. They were perfectly organised, and we felt like we were guests at our own wedding. Nicole’s support and organisation is really something to be admired. For someone so nice and friendly she really came into her own on the day and was a warm yet commanding MC for us. She was class. The food and service was exceptional - I’ve never experienced better (anywhere!) They really were a talking point with our guests, and everyone noted how the food was hot regardless of when the food came out. The pizzas in the evening were fab. Thank you so much for the service, the food, the preparation, time keeping and perfect MCing on the best day of our lives! We couldn’t be more thankful! You will not find better!

The food was great, pork was exceptional, stuffing perfectly moist and tasty but the best part..... the crackling, every piece was morishly perfect. We also had the chips and veggie skewers which were delicious and everything was served up on time with no fuss. Thanks again guys really helped make our day perfect.
