We're Sam & Andy, a friendly, family-run catering team based on our farm in the heart of North Devon. We're proud members of NCASS and the North Devon Wedding Network, and passionate about bringing something truly special to your big day – whether that's a rustic hog roast in the countryside, an elegant indoor reception, or anything in between.

We've moved away from fixed packages – bronze, silver and gold to make our pricing more transparent and adaptable. Different salads have varying costs due to ingredient sourcing, as everything is locally sourced and freshly prepared in-house. Simpler options like a mixed green salad or coleslaw are more economical, while more elaborate options, such as Greek salad or roasted vegetable couscous, come at a slightly higher cost. Just let us know your preferences, and we can provide specific costs or offer a few options to help you plan.

We pride ourselves on carving whole hogs that are slow roasted for 12 hours to provide the most succulent of meat and multi-award-winning crackling to create that "wow factor", and they are freshly on-site for a rich, succulent flavour and memorable experience for your guests—no pre-shredding or soggy crackling here! When comparing quotes, be sure to consider this essential part of the experience. Some companies carve ahead and serve from chaffing dishes, which tend to dry meat out, so this is a very important consideration to ensure this isn't the case.
