Graze and S’more Catering

Katie was an absolute dream from the second we booked her to all the way after the ceremony (Ultimate hype women!) Her grazing tables are out of the world, made with so much skill and love and were an absolute hit as our starter at our Wedding. Already trying to think of an event to host so we can use her again!

We planned our wedding at Tree Top Escape in North Devon. Having been unsuccessful with a few suppliers because of dietary requirements, we were over the moon that Graze & S’more could cater for not just one, but two of our wedding meals: an afternoon tea and an evening grazing board.

We had complicated dietary requirements, and joked it was probably the most complicated spec ever. We wanted an all-vegan wedding, but the other bride has a nut allergy and a more recently confirmed nightshade intolerance, which we had to let Graze & S’more know about after booking. Despite that, the team still reassured us that they could cater for us which was a huge relief because most vegan food has nuts or tomatoes or potatoes (etc.) in! We’d thought it would be an impossible task.

The team at Graze & S’more were fantastic communicators. They didn’t hesitate to get creative with ideas once we’d discussed food options! They also kindly accepted our request to have two more meals and gluten free options added in the week prior to the wedding.

We and our guests were amazed at the variety, quality and stunning layout of the afternoon tea. Despite our guests having some initial reservations about the all-vegan wedding, Graze & S’more really helped us win everybody over. The food was thoughtfully considered for visual presentation and was all absolutely delicious with barely a crumb left!

The team skillfully laid out the grazing board in the evening - it looked like art work! Again, there was so much choice and the food was once again, totally scrumptious. The separate boxes for guests with intolerances was really helpful and gratefully received. There was enough food left over from the grazing board to allow us to continue savouring it over the next few days!

A heartfelt thank you to the team who did a thoroughly outstanding job in the limited food option circumstances! And a specific thank you to Katie for putting our minds at ease regarding the complex dietary requirements. Now that the team has pulled this off, there is clearly no task too great for them! The result was truly 5* - and we were so pleased the team could cater for both meals. Our only regret was not booking a brunch table for the day, too, because the menu looked just as awesome!

We highly recommend Graze & S’more to everyone for an unforgettable, mouth-watering and visually impressive food experience - vegan or otherwise!

Graze & Smore catered for our wedding at Tawstock Court - we had afternoon tea grazing platters for our wedding breakfast and then a dessert grazing table to go alongside our hog roast in the evening. All I can say is WOW, the food was absolutely phenomenal in looks and taste!! Katie was so helpful throughout the whole process, she and her team completely smashed it out the park on the day - all our guests were raving about the food! I also love that she collaborated with another local business in creating our dessert table too - local businesses supporting each other and working together is always a winner in my eyes!

We chose Graze & Smore to cater our wedding and it was the best choice we ever made. Katie and her team are the most incredible group of women. The food was just incredible, I cannot stress how amazing it was having such a variety of foods, even 6 months on people are still raving about our wedding food!! Since the wedding we have booked Graze & Smore multiple times for family events, Katie has really became part of us and for that we are so grateful. She puts her heart into everything she does and it really shows as the service she provides is second to none in every single aspect. Graze & Smore is a no brainer!!! We hired Graze and S'more for our May farm wedding lunch. Katie was absolutely a delight to work with from start to finish, she was so enthusiastic and made us feel like she was almost as excited as us for the wedding! The food was amazing, there's so much choice and it's all fantastic quality. Highlights for us were the scones, salmon and cream cheese bagels, and the scotch eggs, but it was hard to choose! Katie and team were wonderful on the day, making sure we had everything we needed and coping with some challenging logistics with huge enthusiasm and professionalism. They left everything amazingly tidy.

We also had boxes of breakfast food for our guests who camped overnight which was much appreciated by all.

I completely recommend Graze and S'More to anyone for any event.
