Maison Houda is a wedding cake studio in Alsager, Cheshire East, specialising in bespoke, made-to-measure cakes with a touch of French pâtisserie and delicate sugar flowers. Each design is created with care, using only the finest ingredients: Belgian chocolate, real butter, free-range eggs, and homemade curds, so every cake tastes as beautiful as it looks.
Working Together
From your first enquiry through to your wedding day I’ll be there to guide you every step of the way. We can chat by email or meet in person if you’d like a consultation. I’ll also sketch your cake design and share it with you about a month before the big day, so there’s plenty of time to make any changes.

How much notice do I need to give you?
I usually need 3–6 months' notice, but if your date is sooner, feel free to get in touch, I may have a cancellation or available slot
Do you deliver?
Yes, all cakes are delivered and set up at the venue, with delivery charged at 65p per mile (return journey)
Do you hire cake stands?
Yes
How many tiers can my cake be?
Cakes can range from 1 to 5 tiers, depending on your guest count and style. I’m happy to guide you on what works best for your wedding
How many flavours can I have on my cake?
You can choose a different flavour for each tier, so it's a great way to offer variety and please all your guests
What are the forms of payment?
I’ll provide a quote, and once confirmed, a 30% non-refundable deposit secures your date. The balance is due a month before. Payment is via bank transfer

I’m based in Alsager and serve Cheshire, Greater Manchester, and the wider North West. If you’re outside this region, please get in touch to discuss delivery options

A Masterpiece in Every Way!
Our wedding cake was absolutely incredible! The design was stunning, those sugar flowers looked so real that everyone couldn’t believe they were handmade. They were arranged so beautifully and added such an elegant touch to our day.
And the flavour? Out of this world. Our guests couldn’t stop talking about it! It was one of those cakes that makes everyone pause mid-bite and say, “Wow… this is amazing.”

Amazing!!!
From the very beginning, I knew Houda was the one to trust with my wedding cake. She understood my vision instantly and made the entire process so smooth and easy for me. She even sketched out the design and sent it by email, but the final cake looked even better than the sketch!
The taste was beyond anything I imagined. Everyone was blown away by how refined, fresh, and delicious the cake was. It wasn’t just beautiful, it tasted incredible too!

Houda was incredibly helpful and friendly from start to finish. She walked us through all the options, and every single one sounded amazing.
We were over the moon with our wedding cake, it was truly a showstopper! Tall, elegant, and perfectly finished, the stencilling and gold cake stands made it even more striking.
Guests couldn’t stop commenting on how beautiful it looked, and the taste didn’t disappoint either. The cake was light, moist, and perfectly balanced in sweetness and flavour. The contrast between the vibrant red sponge and the white chocolate exterior was eye-catching, and the chocolate tier was decadently rich.
