Where to Begin..

From walking in to Meet Liz at her stunning cabin nestled in the grounds of her beautiful home, to meeting her again (today) to return her amazing cake stand and knife, has been a privalidge.

Initially I thought Liz’s Cabin was decorated in the most stunning fresh flowers, only to the realise she had hand made every single one, I was simply amazed at how realistic and beautiful they were.

We then sampled the cakes we had arranged whilst chatting over our design - Liz is full of creativity, warmth and professionalism. Our brief, something Abstract and something arty and boy did she deliver!

Not only did Liz deliver on the brief but she took an historial family recipe for a fruit cake, which would be out top tier, and brought that to life too!

She created a show stopper that had every one talking not only about the ‘Art piece’ we simply couldn’t cut into, but the trio of mouth watering flavours!

And all of that is before we get on to the amazing hand made sugar flowers that complimented each tier, and the mouth watering vanilla biscuits - all 180 of them!

It’s true to say you get what you pay for, but in this case, so much more! If you’re considering a beer that will add value to your day - Liz is the Gal.

The lovely Elizabeth Harris made our beautiful wedding cake. We needed a gluten free one, so she scrubbed her immaculate studio to rid it of any traces of flour and I didn't get glutened. The cake tasted delicious and looked beautiful with its hand made sugar red roses in the design we chose. Absolutely delighted - thank you so much Lizzie.

I’m a big fan of a “one of a kind” stuff that fit to my concept. Liz gave me more than I expected. The cake is really beautiful and tasty (sorry, I can’t described it more detail). The sugar flowers are my favorite (it’s really sweet!) hahahaaaa… thank’s a lot Liz!

We had a small wedding and chose a three-tier cake, which turned out even more beautiful than we imagined. The design was elegant, classic, and timeless with a lovely vintage feel — not over the top, just perfectly balanced and stunning.

The cake tasted absolutely delicious, and all of our guests commented on how good it was. We were still enjoying the leftovers the next day!

Elizabeth is one of the most professional, yet warm and considerate people I have had the pleasure to meet. I couldn’t have asked for better service, from the consultation to the delivery and set up. Our cake was exquisite, uniquely designed with our ideas in mind and it tasted unreal. The detail of the individual iced flowers were so intricate and beautiful. Her cakes are literally an art form and people were in awe of the masterpiece she created for our big day. The only difficult part for us was choosing the flavours for our tiers! They were all equally as delicious so good luck with that part!!
