So easy and professional
Amazing from start to finish
Avoid! Rude and patronising!
When we did go inside Cassie was rude and patronising. The shop is too small for the number of dresses there. they are so tightly packed that you can't see them very well. Cassie asked to see my ring and rudely told me to turn it around, so it didn't catch on the dresses. I had no problem turning it around, but it was the delivery of the request. I was then asked to walk around and look at all the dresses and pick out any I liked.
After checking all the dresses in the shop, I started trying them on. I had a young girl helping me who was very sweet (sorry I cannot remember her name). When I came out if I wasn't happy with the dress Cassie would rudely ask what was wrong with the dress. Rather than what do you like or what's not working for you. When I said I didn't want a dress with lots of bling Cassie repeatedly made me try on dresses with even more bling than the one's I had already tried.
While I was in the changing room Cassie told my Mum that she knew me better than she did. She also complained to the other staff members about another customer who had rang. Extremely unprofessional
I am getting married in October and there was pressure from Cassie to make a decision there and then as the dress wouldn't be ready in time otherwise. She knew we had another appointment in the afternoon at another store in Elm Park.
Before we left my mum used the toilet which was disgusting. There was black dust around the sink and the toilet was not clean either.
I would not recommend this shop at all. Jump on the tube for a couple of stops to Elm Park and visit Brenda Lorraine instead you will have a much better experience.
