Wendy was great. Perfect balance of helping me with the decision and not pressuring the sale. I knew nothing about wedding dress shopping and she made it all clear and easy and helped me to not get overwhelmed. Cannot recommend highly enough! They have a beautiful and very large selection of dresses, I was nervous I wouldn’t find anything that suited me but came away so happy, so excited to wear it. Thank you Wendy!

I went to try on 'the dress' and after trying on the 6 others chosen by my daughters, Mum & Aunt, every dress had something I liked but also disliked. I was confused and not in love with anything.
Wendy suggested she pick a couple of dresses to see how I feel.

I tried on one that ticked none of my boxes and was lost for words. I couldn't find anything I didn't like, it was so far from my wish list but suited me perfectly and fitted like a glove. Everybody cried

Sadly, they couldn't order my size as it was being discontinued, but they reduced the sample dress, made the repairs and spot cleaned it for me.

Olyesa does the alterations and was just lovely, I wanted to cut the train off and she spent 2 hours knelt on the floor pinning the dress up. It looked stunning, it moved exactly how I wanted and flowed beautifully. and she even helped me find the perfect veil.

The ladies at Elderberry Brides made me feel so relaxed and were so helpful.

Horrible experience. Please do not waste your time. I emailed to book an appointment and gave a detailed description of the dress I was looking for. When I arrived, they apparently couldn’t see any of my emails even though we had been emailing back and forth. I wasn’t greeted, so I was unaware of the saleswoman’s name, which was “meant” to be looking after us. She also didn’t even ask my name. I was taken upstairs to look at dresses and showed a room with sale dresses even tho I told them I did not want a dress in the sale. I was shown another room with dresses and told to look through myself. I’m not sure if the saleswoman thought I couldn’t afford to be there or she was rude, but I felt judged as soon as I walked through the door. I wanted to leave immediately but felt terrible about my bridal party driving 40 minutes to be there with me, so I tried three dresses on. I had to ask my partner to help me with the dress and do them up as the saleswoman would not help. My bridal party asked if there was a step I could stand on and was told if she wanted it, it was over there. She wouldn’t pin me in dresses, so they were hanging off me. I said I was leaving, and she stomped out of the room. After leaving, my partner said he was going back to voice his concerns about the whole experience, and the saleswoman told him that it was a normal experience and that she did not receive a commission. Which came across to him; she doesn’t care. She’s being paid regardless of whether she sells a dress or not. Please, please, please avoid this bridal shop. I wouldn’t want anyone to feel the way I did. It was the worst experience ever. Awful customer service. I really don’t know how they sell dresses. How very disappointing.

I had an appointment here. Nice place with a decent selection. They have multiple rooms and take you to a room with a certain size range to suit you. There’s a room of sales dresses. No drinks offered. Reasonably perfunctory but perfectly fine.
