Vicki Lord is an award-winning freelance hairstylist based in Faversham, Kent, with over 30 years of experience in bridal, fashion, editorial and special event hairstyling.

Having trained alongside some of the finest salon professionals in the industry at the Vidal Sassoon Salon in Covent Garden, London, Vicki has built an incredible career working with brides, celebrities and high-profile clients. She has won numerous industry awards and is known for her calm, creative and highly skilled approach.

Although Vicki now mainly teaches and mentors other hairstylists, she has returned to bridal hair and is currently taking bookings for 2026 and 2027. After many years in the bridal industry, she missed the excitement, emotion and buzz of being part of a bride’s special day.

Vicki only takes on a limited number of brides each year, allowing her to fully enjoy the process and give every bride the time, care and attention they deserve.

Her style is versatile and completely tailored to each client. From classic bridal elegance to editorial, modern, romantic or avant-garde looks, Vicki can create a wide range of styles while always keeping your personality at the heart of the finished look. On the wedding day itself, Vicki will recreate your chosen style with precision and care, allowing you to relax and enjoy the morning knowing you are in experienced hands.
