I cannot recommend Jess highly enough.

Jess did my bridal hair, as well as our best woman’s and my two little girls’ (Ava, age 2, and Evie, age 5), and she was absolutely amazing with all of us. I had a trial with Jess beforehand which was such a lovely experience—she completely understood the look I was going for and absolutely nailed it first try. We played around with different accessories and I really valued her input and opinion on these.

I went for a half up, half down Hollywood waves style, and it was everything I had hoped for and more. Jess also gave brilliant advice in the lead-up to the wedding around hair extensions—helping me decide on length, how many I needed, where to order from, and even colour matching. It made such a difference and really elevated the final look.

On the day, my hair did not move. Despite outdoor photos in the wind and a full night of dancing, it stayed perfectly in place—and somehow my Hollywood waves were still intact the following morning, which was ideal for travelling to our mini-moon! What was even more impressive was that it never felt stiff or crunchy; it still had so much natural movement.

Jess was also incredible with my best woman and my girls, who didn’t really have a clear idea of what they wanted. She just took everything in her stride and created beautiful styles for each of them that suited them perfectly.

As a person, Jess is just lovely—so warm, chatty, and genuinely complimentary. She made the whole morning feel so relaxed and fun. She also came to the rescue more than once with scissors (ladies pack scissors in your emergency kit!), touch-ups, and making sure my veil was placed perfectly. She stayed right through until first looks, which I really appreciated.

I feel incredibly lucky to have found Jess. She is not only highly skilled and professional, but also a genuinely lovely person to have by your side on such an important day. I’m actually really gutted she doesn’t live closer to me as I really feel like I made a great friend!
