Thank you Claire for the most amazing hair and makeup- you made me feel like a princess on my wedding day. I was a nervous bride and Claire calmed me down loads and wasn’t at all phased by the chaos of the morning (with 2 puppies round her feet!). I’m not used to wearing lots of makeup but Claire got it absolutely perfect and made me feel totally at ease - thank you!

i don't think i can express how amazing claire was from start to finish! She was on time, well prepared and professional.
On a personal note Claire fitted in perfectly with the mornings preparations, she was friendly and chatty with all the bridal party while still being able to continue with what she was doing.
It felt like she was a supportive friend rather than a paid professional just there to do a job.
I felt beautiful with my hair and make up done all day! It was done so well i didn't need to do any touch ups during the day/night and my hair stayed in place perfectly.
Claire went above and beyond for me and i don't know what i would have done if Claire hadn't helped guide my bridesmaids with doing up my dress! Claire helped calm a nearly very stressful situation.

She listened to what I wanted and even when I decided to change my hair few weeks before the wedding she was more than happy to do it for me. Claire was such a great choice for my wedding day hair and make-up artist. She was so lovely on the trail day and made me feel at ease. We tried out two hairstyles and Claire was more than happy for me to think about which one to choose and let her know before the wedding day. Claire and Annette were positive and really helpful, even when we started to run a little bit behind schedule. I would definitely highly recommend!

We found Claire through Hitched, and got in touch with her to find out more after falling in love with the photos she had shared and reading her reviews. From the very first contact, Claire was warm and welcoming. She came to us for a trial, and it couldn't have been better! She took the time to listen to our thoughts, to look through inspiration photos, and to find out about us as people. Both my mum and I had a trial, and for me, she absolutely hit the nail on the head, capturing exactly the hair and make up I was looking for, on the first try! After the trial, there were a couple of bits that my mum wasn't 100% sure about, and when I spoke to Claire about this, she couldn't have been lovelier, advising how we could make changes, and reassuring us throughout. Her absolute focus was making sure we were 100% happy, and she really did achieve that! On the day, she provided hair and makeup for myself, my mum, and my maid of honour.

When she told us what time she would arrive on the day of our wedding, I was a bit shocked as it felt very early, but throughout the morning, she made the whole morning feel so relaxing! When I was pulled in 50 different directions in the morning, Claire just asked what she could do to help, or got stuck in and just did what needed doing, and found a way around it to make it work! We did start to get a bit short for time towards the end, but she worked like a trooper to get us all ready to go in time! Claire laughed with us, cried with us, and truly made the morning feel so special! I spent most of my wedding day crying with happy tears, and my makeup did not budge... I don't know how, because I don't think I've ever cried so much in one day! Wedding makeup was a very different type of makeup to my usual bit of brow pencil and mascara, and I was a bit daunted at first, but from the photos we have seen so far, Claire absolutely nailed it, and I never knew I could look so incredible!

Thank you Claire, for helping to give us the day of our dreams! I will definitely be back for any future special occasions!

I cannot recommend Claire enough. Not only did she cater to all our different needs, nothing was too much.
On the day of the trial, Claire made sure she stayed as long as it took to make sure we were all happy with our looks. From that moment, you can tell Claire loves what she does and has a real passion for making your day special from the get go.
We had asked Claire for some adjustments to the looks she created on the trial day which she catered for without any question.
On the day itself, not only was Claire my hair and make up artist, she was someone to settle your nerves and sort all those lasti minute details like, when you forget to take the flowers out of the water, or holding the mirror whilst you put your jewellery on.
She made me feel relaxed, calm and I absolutely loved my look on the day.
Once she was sure we were all happy with our look, she bid us farewell as set off for the venue, leaving Claire to pack up whilst we headed to the venue. She even dropped the key off at the venue once she was done.
All in all, I would recommend Claire to anyone getting married and can't thank her enough!

I had such a good experience with Claire for my wedding day. From the first time I met her for my trial, she put me at ease about the whole process and, come the big day, she fitted in so well with my friends and family. She's got an amazing eye, listened carefully to what I was looking for and really made me feel special. I would highly recommend her!

I feel incredibly fortunate to have been able to have Claire as my Bridal Stylist for my Wedding in August 2024.
Simply put, Claire is absolutely amazing! She is a true professional and a master of her craft. I thoroughly enjoyed working with her, and I was in awe of her work from the moment of my hair and makeup trial a short while before the day. As someone who does not often wear a lot of makeup, I was so impressed with how she approached creating the look I had envisaged and particularly the colour palette she worked with, especially for my eyes. The palette she worked with complemented and enhanced my natural features and my hair was styled perfectly.
On my Wedding Day, I am beyond grateful to Claire for everything; she made me look and feel beautiful! I truly felt so special and elegant. My Mum and Sister also had their hair and makeup styled and they were very impressed and very happy with the looks that were created for them too. For me, it was also really special for us to enjoy the experience of getting ready together.
On top of the look that Claire styled for me, I really appreciated how she brought such a calming atmosphere, and channelled so much good energy and warmth throughout us getting ready. Due to this I was able to keep myself from panicking! She gave me lots of reassurance, reminding me to breath, as well as to drink plenty water! She really kept me calm at the points I needed it most, particularly when I started to feel the nerves kicking in. I look back really fondly on the whole experience of getting ready for my Wedding, from excitedly meeting Claire in the car park first thing, to walking out and ready to go, feeling really wonderful. Claire was excellent in the trial and on the day really listened to me and my concerns about my sensitive skin we trialled some different ideas and the makeup lasted so well on the day! Still looked stunning at midnight after getting it done at 9am! Would highly recommended!

What a great experience we had with Claire and Annette. The ladies were very professional and knowledgeable and actually listened to us. I would definitely use Claire again we tried to persuade her to move to Scotland, where we live. You will feel relaxed and enjoy your experience and look absolutely amazing.
