Wedding Make-Up & Hair

Emily and Anna were absolutely wonderful. Emily made me and my maid of honour feel comfortable as soon as we met her on the trial. Emily listened to everything I wanted which I appreciate may have been tricky at times as I don't know a lot about the different styles for both hair and make-up. The trial worked perfectly as I then knew what I liked and what I wanted changing for the big day. On the morning of the wedding both Emily and Anna listened to what my bridal party wanted and everyone looked stunning. I was so worried I wouldn't look pretty on my wedding day but I honestly left feeling like a princess. They were so friendly and warm and felt like members of our party. Thank you for so much for helping make our wedding day so wonderful.

Best experience

I had the best and smoothest experience with Emily. The quality of the make up and hair done was second to none, and from start to finish Emily was professional and easy to communicate with. She put me at ease, and was flexible when we added some extras to the booking.

Also the hair and make up done was super durable - it was a very hot day, and I did a lot of crying out of happiness and yet still looked incredible by the time the wedding ended!

Relaxed morning with Anna & Jenine

Anna and Jenine helped to make our wedding morning lovely and calm. The created a realistic schedule for everyones hair and makeup even accounting for a few last minute changes from my side. They made the whole bridal party look & feel like the best version of themselves.

If you want to feel amazing... book with Makeup Artists Yorkshire!

I chose Makeup Artists Yorkshire for my wedding recently, and I could not be happier that I did. Jenine and Anna were so professional, and were such a great addition to our wedding morning prep! I wanted all my bridesmaids to feel like themselves, and the girls tailored each bridesmaids' look to their preferences! My makeup stayed perfect all day, and I felt a million dollars!

Felt like a princess

They flawlessly recreated the look from the reference pictures I provided, making me feel stunning on my special day. The trial session was fantastic as well; we experimented with various hairstyles, and their expertise and patience truly stood out. Amazing, professional highly recommend

I was due to get married in August 2022 however after finding out I was pregnant we moved our wedding to July 2023, Emily was so understand and accommodating, I had 7 Bridemaids so it was quite a big job however Emily and the girls did a fantastic job we all loved our hair and make up

Bridal Make Up

I’m so happy to have had Jenine for mine and my bridesmaids make up on my wedding day, I’m not a big make up wearer and Jenine made sure I still felt like me.
Our photographers told us that we were the “most chilled bridal prep they’d ever seen” and Jenine was definitely a big factor in that! Thank you so much

Felt beautiful

Emily was so responsive and helpful in the lead up to our wedding. After the trial I was so comfortable and happy, feeling confident thatI would look exactly how I wanted to on my wedding day. Not only did Emily do my make-up but my nervous Mum’s and four bridesmaids. Timings were all organised by Emily and everyone felt beautiful. Would definitely recommend.

We had an excellent experience with Emily & her team at Makeup artists Yorkshire- she was flexible with arranging trials and was very responsive & easy to get hold of if we needed to alter any arrangements!
She did a gorgeous job of everyone’s hair & makeup on the wedding day, it looked special but not too heavy and still let everyone look like their natural selves! It was really lovely to have Emily, Lucy and Rach on the morning of the wedding they were really friendly and made had a nice chilled atmosphere which really helped to calm the wedding nerves!
All in all I would definitely recommend makeup artists Yorkshire!

Absolutely wonderful experience

Emily was absolutely wonderful - put me at my ease, and did a wonderful job with my hair and make up for my wedding day! I looked fab, even if I do say so myself! She was easy to talk to, responsive, and gave gentle guidance - I couldn't recommend her highly enough.

Emily was very lovely and friendly and everyone’s makeup looked great

Emily came to my house for the trial session and again on our wedding day to do makeup for myself, my mum and my sister. Everyone loved their makeup and I was very grateful for how patient and understanding Emily was with my sitting/walking difficulties. 10/10 would use again and recommend. Thank you Emily 😊
