Amazing( flexible and great hair!
I had such a wonderful experience with my hair stylist. She was incredibly understanding and patient, allowing me to have multiple trials until we found exactly what I wanted. She was also so flexible and easy-going, which made the whole experience stress-free.
At the last minute, she kindly did my mum’s hair too, and honestly made her day! I absolutely loved my hair and felt completely myself — which was exactly what I wanted. I couldn’t recommend her more!

I was recommended/introduced to Sydney via my trusted regular hair stylist, who knew how to make my vision possible. I had spoken to and had my hair curled by other stylists previously, who said my hair wouldn’t hold a curl because it was too healthy….As a brunette with long fine hair but plenty of it, I was honest with Sydney about my expectations but didn’t hold back on what I would love for my wedding day aka dream hair! From the initial consult, Sydney offered me multiple options, adding extensions, trialling products and how to prep my hair as well as a trial session. At the trial Sydney prepped multiple curling irons to see which curl I preferred and how it may hold/style. From that trail I walked away with all day hold and bouncy full and gorgeous curls…that lasted days!!! And it was all my hair, no extensions!!
On the day of the wedding, Sydney arrived promptly and fully prepared to begin both my (the bride) and MOTB hair also. Sydney’s style is natural, bubbly and warm which immediately puts you at ease. The results were beautiful and lasted all day long, despite the British weather on what was the rainiest day of 2025!! The curls not only lasted the day, in rain and wind but they lasted the flight the following day and were still bouncy 2 days after the wedding. My hair was always capable of curling and looking full and voluminous, it just needed a stylist that knew what to do and Sydney did that!
I couldn’t recommend Sydney highly enough. I looked exactly the way I imagined I would and enjoyed the company on my wedding morning 👰🏻♀️🤍 Importantly I also learnt how to style my hair in the future/honeymoon so I could enjoy lasting curls!!

I’m the face (and the hands behind the hair!) of Styled by Sydney Bridal. A bridal hair stylist with a serious love for beautiful hair, good music and weddings that have a little bit of personality.
I’ve been doing hair for 8 years and honestly, I still get excited every time a wedding morning comes around. There’s something pretty special about being part of someone’s big day. From the slightly chaotic “where are my shoes?!” moments to that oh my god, I’m actually a bride! moment when everything comes together.
My personal style is very much boho, alternative and a little unconventional, but when it comes to bridal hair, I’m all about your vision. Whether you’re a minimalist bride dreaming of sleek and sophisticated, a classic bride wanting timeless Hollywood waves, a romantic bride after soft curls and delicate details, or a boho, festival or alternative bride wanting texture, braids and something a little more undone. I love creating hair that feels completely you.
I’m a big believer that your wedding day shouldn’t mean suddenly looking like someone else. Whether your dream is clean and polished, soft and romantic, effortlessly undone, glamorous, vintage, boho or alternative, my goal is to make you feel like the absolute best version of yourself.
And while I take the hair very seriously, I promise I don’t take myself too seriously. Expect plenty of laughs, a relaxed atmosphere, probably some singing along to whatever’s playing and a lot of hairspray.
I know wedding mornings can be exciting, emotional and occasionally a tiny bit chaotic, so I want your hair appointment to be one of the moments where you can actually sit back, relax and enjoy being pampered with your favourite people around you.
When I’m not behind the chair, you’ll usually find me hunting down a good coffee, browsing record shops, exploring somewhere new or convincing myself I definitely need another houseplant. 🌿
