From the very beginning you were friendly, approachable and professional, and I really appreciated you being happy to arrange more than one trial so we could make sure everything was just right. It was lovely getting to know you before the big day, which made me feel much more relaxed.

On the wedding morning you arrived on time and worked well alongside my make-up artist, helping everything run as smoothly as possible. I was really pleased with my bridal hairstyle and it lasted beautifully throughout the day.

While there were a few small areas where I feel communication and timing for bridal party members could have been a little better on the morning, this didn’t take away from what was overall a positive experience. I’m very grateful for all your hard work, and I was really happy with my finished bridal hairstyle. Thank you again, and I wish you every success.

The service I received was great, I had a test run with both hair and make up 3 weeks before the wedding date and I'm glad I did as it was nice to discuss and test what I would want on the day. And after the test I decided to change both slightly which was no problem for Mandy, also I didn't want the full works regarding the makeup so between myself and Mandy we came up with what I wanted and adjusted the price to fit my budget which I was very grateful for. I can't say how comfortable Mandy made me feel and how happy I was with both my hair and makeup on the day

I contacted Mandy because I was going to a very glam wedding and being from the countryside, I don’t have a clue how to do my hair or makeup very glam!
She was brilliant from the time of booking, being responsive with emails and on the day being friendly and professional.
The result was indeed very glam and it lasted all day and night easily.

June 2024 my niece tied the knot in Yorkshire. I needed a hair and make up artist for both the pre wedding party and wedding day. I reached out to Mandy who luckily was available ( I did book her at least 6 months in advance)

Mandy was friendly and professional from the moment I sent my first enquiry to her on Hitched. I’ve never had my makeup done professionally before and she put me at ease instantly. We did a makeup trial a few months before the wedding and she listened and took on board the look I was hoping to achieve. Mandy is a perfectionist and if there was anything I was unsure about she would made changes until I was 100% happy. On the day of the wedding she was punctual and just fitted in so easily with my friends and other suppliers, she helped keep the whole morning relaxed. I was so pleased with the look that she achieved. My makeup was kept natural and highlighted my natural beauty so well. Mandy also did my Mum’s makeup and I know she was so pleased with her look too. Mandy was absolutely amazing, a true professional from start to finish. She did mine and my mum’s and sister in law’s makeup for a wedding event, making us all look ever so fabulous.
