Hair by Hannah, based in Wellington, Somerset, has rapidly built a reputation for offering professional and stylish hairstyles for brides and bridesmaids. Hannah, who completed her initial training at the Aveda Hair Academy in London, and then completed further training with the Joico team, has the knowledge and determination to offer you everything you could possibly need.

Hannah dedicates herself to her work, and will work extremely hard with you to achieve the look or style which you want. Your satisfaction is extremely important to her and you can be assured that she will listen to your ideas and suggest styles which have been popular in the past.
She has a large amount of experience creating all wedding hairstyles and has a large list of satisfied brides. The services she offers include consultations, bridal hair trials and bridal hairstyling.

What is included in the wedding package?
Wedding hair on the day at your chosen venue/place of getting ready. Trial included in the package price
How far in advance should I contact you?
Bookings taken up to 1.5 years in advance, however if some dates are still available this means I can sometimes squeeze people in with only a few weeks to go!
Do you work at homes?
Yes
What is the charge for travelling?
50p per mile

Could you stay with the bride until the photo shoot?
Yes
How many people can you beautify for one wedding?
It depends on the time of the ceremony, but I can do up to 9 people myself and if more are required I have another hairdresser who can come and assist me so we can do up to 18
Can you provide your beauty services for pre-wedding and post-wedding photography?
Yes
What are the forms of payment?
Bank transfer preferred. Other forms are available if this is not possible

Hair by a true hair legend!
What can I say, Hannah was an absolute gem! She is so lovely, so friendly. I just felt such calm and ease around her. Hannah is so chilled, but she is also blooming good at hair!! You will be in amazing hands with Hannah if you book her for your special day. Even running up to the wedding when stresses are high, she was so happy to talk and put my mind at ease. The trial as well which i attended with my mum, we felt so relaxed after as if we had been to the salon. Thank you so much Hannah. You are so talented!

Super supportive and friendly hair stylist in Somerset
Hannah kindly styled my hair and that of my bridesmaids and my Mum on a very busy wedding morning. From the beginning, Hannah was super supportive, adaptive to ideas and offered brilliant advise about hair prep coming up to our big day. I booked for a hair trial a couple of months before and had such a lovely morning trying out different hair styles. Hannah was contactable via email with any queries and questions with quick responses. She was kind enough to bring hair supplies for my 4 year old niece also. Would highly recommend Hannah for friendly and fun service for any professional hair styles for small and big events.

Beautiful Hair for my wedding, 10/10 would recommend
Hannah was totally brilliant. She did the hair for myself and 5 bridesmaids, along with my mum and everyone was so happy with how they looked. Professional, extremely friendly and put everyone at ease on the big day. Hannah really does know what she is doing and really understood what everyone wanted in terms of styling. Having the trial and the tips/recommendations in advance was also really useful. Wouldn't hesitate to recommend.

Fabulous Hair
Hannah is super talented and so professional, doing fabulous hairstyles for our bridal party. All communication was very fast with clear support and guidance from the trial to the big day, at a very reasonable cost. Hannah set us all at at ease and we were all delighted with our amazing hair styles. There were so many comments about how lovely Hannah was, and the hair of course - I highly recommend!!

Amazing experience!
I had such a wonderful experience with Hannah who did my hair on my wedding day. She made me feel so comfortable during the trial and on the day and worked her magic with a headpiece, veil and the style I wanted, which stayed put well into the evening! She was very flexible and reassuring on the day when original timings didn't go to plan due to myself running late for my appointment. All the bridesmaids hair were different styles and Hannah did an amazing job. Thank you for making it such an amazing experience!

Wedding hair August 2019
Hannah did my wedding hair in August 2019. We had a trial a few weeks prior to my big day and she managed to create exactly what I was hoping for and replicate it perfectly on my wedding day. She is calm and professional which is exactly what every bride wants on their wedding morning. She’s so friendly, polite and chatty it makes a really relaxed atmosphere and she is fantastic to be around. Hannah was my life saver on my wedding day as my makeup artist didn’t show up... immediately hannah said “it’s okay, I can do makeup”. With no trial she did my make-up perfectly and I couldn’t have hoped for anyone better to do my hair and makeup. I couldn’t recommend hannah more. She is just so fantastic and brilliant at what she does!

Do not hesitate in booking Hannah. She was incredible; my hair, my mum's hair, my mother in law's and sister's hair looked amazing, she was also kind enough to help perfect some of the work some of my bridesmaids had done too. She's lovely company, is flexible with what you'd like, provides suggestions and has great ideas. I am so so so happy I booked her and she genuinely was one of the best purchases I made for the wedding. Thank you Hannah!

Hannah did my hair, as well as my 4 bridesmaids, and she was absolutely perfect from the very beginning. The trial was lovely; Hannah listened to the look I was hoping to achieve and tried two styles on both myself and my sister. We didn't feel rushed, and Hannah was very welcoming and easy to chat to. On the morning of the wedding, I was rushing around a little stressed, making sure everything was set, until I sat in Hannah's chair. Her calm and easy manner helped me to de-stress and enjoy getting ready with my bridesmaids. She did all of our hairstyles beautifully - we had people commenting on them all day! I would 100% recommend Hannah for beautiful hair on your big day, and a lovely time getting ready. Thank you Hannah!
