Bridal by Charley is a wedding beauty, hair, and makeup service operating out of north Oxfordshire in Banbury, England. Owner Charley Fisher is also happy to travel all over the UK and beyond to ensure you look and feel your best on your special occasion.
Services Offered
Bridal by Charley offers on-site hair and makeup for modern couples. While Charley's go-to cosmetic style is natural and glowy, this makeup artist can accommodate all desires and looks. Other services include relaxed, romantic hairstyles that will last all day and trials for the entire wedding party. On the big day, Charley can work on groups of up to four and may bring an assistant for larger parties. This professional recommends that you get in touch as soon as possible to lock in your date, as spots can fill up.

I offer both hair and makeup services for the bride and bridal party. I recommend a trial for the bride, but also happy to do a trial for any of the bridal party if wanted

Around 3-4 but this all depends on how many people there are to get ready, and whether you require both hair and makeup. For larger parties, I may bring along an assistant

Best bridal makeup in Oxfordshire!
I cannot recommend Charley enough. 10/10. I found her on Instagram and loved what I saw, and when we met and talked through what I was looking for she 100% understood and delivered on that. She was very collaborative, listened to all my fears and together we created the perfect, stress free look that lasted all day and night. My bridal party loved her too. Everyone looked incredible.
Her products are very high end, Charlotte Tilbury, Nars etc. So you've got beautiful products going on your face. Her energy is very calming and kind. There was no judgement. Just kind, helpful, professional make up artist who wants you to have the best day ever.

Charley was just effortlessly lovely from start to finish. I absolutely loved my bridal look and felt my best all day! My mum had her make-up done too and loved the look she built on the wedding morning. Charley is so warm and friendly, I knew I’d made the right choice from the moment I met her at my trial xx

Wonderful service and experience
Charley is a kind, talented and professional stylist who made me look and feel beautiful on my day. I came away from my trial a bit nervous as I completely changed my mind!! But on the day, she nailed it and my bridesmaid were thrilled with their hair and make-up also. My hair and make-up stayed put, despite tears and tissue dabbing, and looked absolutely polished right up until the very end of the night. She and her team were very adaptable to the getting ready space and the whole morning felt calm and under control. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend her!

I would highly recommend Charley. The experience from booking to the wedding morning was wonderful. Charley is very professional and made me feel at ease when I went for my trial as I was nervous. Charley created the exact vision I had for my hair, my bridesmaids loved theirs too. Charley really helped to make me feel special on my wedding day.

Great All Round Experience
We were fortunate to work with Charley for our hair and make up at my daughter's wedding blessing. We live in Canada so it was a case of Zoom calls and emails to brief Charley and she was patient and helpful. Charley understood what we were hoping to achieve and executed it to the letter. Jenny's natural "day look" was beautiful, and her hair, including extensions was on point. Day of Charley worked her magic and even managed to create an up do for me! Our make up was perfect and lasted through the day - and the evening party. Thank you so much for helping to make the day perfect; we would 100% recommend you!

very talented and super accomodating
Charley did my hair & make up for my wedding in Nov 2023, along with my 3 bridemaids hair & 1 m.o.b, Charley was super friendly and made me feel at such ease when having my trials. She knew what i wanted with just a conversation and made it come to reality, highly recommend having Charley for your hair or make up, i know ill be back for other events 😊

I would highly recommend Charley - she made me, my bridesmaids and my mum look & feel great, and our hair & make up lasted all day! She is also calm, kind, and booking and communicating with her was easy. I would absolutely use charley again.

Keeping cool despite the heat!
I can't recommend Charley enough, she was a delight to work with from our first communication through the whole proceedings. She did hair for myself and two bridesmaids, they both looked amazing and Charley took into account their own personal styles. With a couple of tweaks from the trial I had exactly the look I was after, and it even survived all day, despite it being the hottest day of the year! Thank you so much Charley!

Amazing bridal hair and makeup artist
I'm so happy I chose Charley for my wedding day hair and make up. From the start she was super friendly and helped me pick the perfect hair and makeup styles. She brought such a calming and friendly presence to the wedding day morning too. She did such an amazing job on my wedding day hair and make-up and bridesmaids' hair, it lasted all day and night through all the dancing! I'd 1000% recommend Charley to any new brides-to-be.
