I couldn't have been happier with the result!
I also decided at the very last minute that I wanted to wear a veil, and she accommodated the change so easily. It turned out to be such a great choice, and she styled everything perfectly around it.
One of the things I appreciated most was how relaxing the morning felt. It was lovely chatting with Alison before the ceremony, and her calm, friendly presence helped settle any pre-wedding nerves. She also travelled from Hertfordshire to Cambridgeshire for my wedding day, which immediately took a lot of stress out of the planning.
As someone who rarely wears makeup, I was amazed at how much I still felt like "me" - just a more polished, bridal version. I couldn't have been happier with the result. Most importantly, I felt like the best version of myself. Everyone commented on how stunning I looked, and I felt confident and comfortable all day. Very friendly and professional service
The hair stayed up well throughout the day and the makeup also lasted. The makeup certainly worked well for the professional photos we got done, though it was a natural look it definitely added to bringing out features.
Beyond this the experience of getting my hair and makeup done by Ali was great. She's super friendly and attentive, and it was very comfortable to have her in my house on the wedding day.
Would recommend Ali, definitely a professional who can offer good advice as well as listening to you're preferences.
