FernanDos Films is a wedding videography studio based in Didcot, Oxfordshire, specialising in natural, documentary-style films. They quietly capture real moments as they unfold, creating films that feel authentic rather than staged.
Services
All FernanDos Films packages include a five to seven-minute highlight film telling the story of the day, from morning preparations through to early evening celebrations. Their Timeless and Vintage Packages also include full recordings of the ceremony and speeches, preserving those moments in their entirety.
Prices start from £695.
Consultation & Booking Process
Before booking, FernanDos Films offers a relaxed consultation (either in person or online) to ensure they are the right fit. They’ll talk through the couple’s plans, what matters most, and how the day will be captured. Communication is kept simple and stress-free, with a final check-in closer to the wedding day.
Turnaround Time
The highlight film will be delivered within 8 weeks of the wedding date, with full ceremony and speeches provided alongside it.

5 - 7 Minute Highlight Video of the day from bridal preparation to around half an hour after the dancefloor opens

What is the charge for travelling?
No charge for weddings within 100 miles of Oxford. Thereafter there would be a mileage charge

Do you use a specific technique or innovative approach?
We like to stay in the background and film things naturally as they happen without interrupting the flow of events. You'll hardly notice we're there while we capture all the details and emotions like
What kind of equipment do you use?
2 Panasonic mirrorless cameras. 1 or 2 tripods and a monopod. There would be some minimal additional lighting for the reception
Do you work alone or do you have a team of professionals?

How do you charge extra time?
We generally don't charge for extra time but if there was something particularly special towards the end of your evening you wanted us to capture that would not be a problem

Exceptional!
We had a Portuguese - Sri Lankan wedding at Shendish Manor and choosing the right videographer was a big decision for us. Bob came highly recommended and exceeded all expectations. He captured everything beautifully - from the groom getting ready at home, the Batmobile footage of our car, the church ceremony, to the celebrations at the venue and grounds, along with our bridesmaids and key family moments. He was friendly, professional, and really understood the cultural traditions, making sure all the important moments were included. When we asked for edits, he took our feedback on board and delivered a final video we absolutely love. Couldn’t recommend him enough!

Absolutely amazing!

The perfect video of our wedding
We are so glad we hired Bobby as our wedding videographer. We had been undecided about whether to hire a videographer for ages but we have absolutely no regrets! Communication before the big day was really efficient and organised. On the day he blended into the background to capture the most amazing, natural footage of our special day. He seemed to work in sync with our photographer which was great. The most important parts we wanted captured were our vows and speeches which he did perfectly. He surprised us with a teaser trailer literally the next morning which was incredible and we received our full video less than 5 weeks after our day. Thank you so much Bobby

Superb wedding photographer!
We hired Bobby to be our videographer at our wedding and we honestly could not have asked for a better job. Bobby worked perfectly in sync with our photographer as if they had been working with each other for years on end. Everything about Bobby is perfect and even that feels like an understatement: he provided us with a super quick turnaround for our wedding teaser, he allowed us to be natural on our wedding day so there was no stress on our part to get the scenes he wanted, he captured all the best moments that we'll cherish forever and he's genuinely a great guy! If you're looking for a videographer, don't waste your time looking elsewhere, Bobby is 100% certified the person for the job!

Wedding Videography
Bobby came and created an absolutely beautiful video of our wedding day. His professionalism from start to finish was fantastic. He is a genuinely nice person to work with and we didn't even notice him half of the time (we wanted a more candid approach to our video and photos) The quality of the video he has sent is unmatched and he truly captured the beauty of our day. All in all I'd reccomend Bobby for videography. It was our pleasure to have you share our day with us!
