Set in the heart of the Cotswolds between Moreton in Marsh, Gloucestershire, and Stow on the Wold, you will find a beautiful wedding field for your celebrations next to the enchanting woodland ceremony area. This location is in the middle of nowhere, which is our unique selling point. With ample space and privacy, you can be left to create the wedding of your dreams. Choose your own style of marquee and enjoy our lean-to barn areas next to the glamping meadow.

WildWoodBluebell offers weddings with a Festival Style combined with our accommodation areas. Situated in a nearby location to the wedding venue is Mundays Meadow with six fully furnished Lotus Belle Tents for up to 24 guests. Extra tents can be hired. Located in the woodland area are two cosy shepherd huts designed for romantic couples, and lastly, for the bridal party, there is a traditional Cotswold Barn with accommodation for 4/5 guests with a large open plan area downstairs, leading onto the courtyard garden with two further open-sided barns

This wedding venue includes the following:

  • Wedding Venue Field for a marquee next to Woodland with stunning views
  • Exclusive use of the Woodland, Willow heart and Ceremony area
  • Ceremony seating on rustic benches
  • Unlimited parking next to the Woodland Ceremony Area
  • Amplified Music until 1 am (subject to application from the council)
  • Bring your own drink (no Corkage fees)
  • Standard Hire period: Friday 4 pm check-in and 6 pm check-out on Sunday for guests
  • Courtyard Garden with two open-sided Cotswold Barns
  • Accommodation on site

Absolutely magical woodland wedding and festival weekend!!

Thank you so so much to Georgie, Francis and JP!! We had the most wonderful wedding weekend at Wildwood bluebell, it was so much more than we could ever have asked for. The whole space is gorgeous, from the atmospheric woodland that was carpeted in ferns, to our Friday night BBQ in the idyllic courtyard. Georgie and JP were so flexible and open to ideas, and we had so much free reign to create our weekend as we wanted, especially compared to other places that we'd visited. Our guests could set up camp in the meadow from Friday, with a big BBQ party and bar in the courtyard for the evening. Then we used Bisley marquee's for wedding day in the main field, with plenty of space for games including crazy golf.

The main barn was perfect for family accommodation, and for getting ready with the girls in the morning. It's a lovely central point that offers some 'comforts', whilst still feeling part of the site.

Throughout the whole process, Georgie was very present and supportive, and gave us a lot of practical insight into how to cater for everyone over the weekend. JP was fantastic. So helpful, efficient, and a calming presence throughout the day. He really made sure that everything flowed well and that all the little details were sorted.

Looking back, we feel so incredibly lucky that we came across this venue. It feels so down to earth, and really matched what we had hoped for - laidback, festival vibe, colourful, wild, and totally euphoric. So thank you Georgie, Francis and JP - we'd loved every minute!!

Huge Thank You!

A huge thank you to Wildwood Bluebell for making our wedding day so truly special. From the bohemian forest fairy wedding ceremony amongst the trees, to our Cuban-themed reception in the beautiful courtyard and then partying under the stars (and lightning) in a decked-out yurt, the venue allowed us to create the wedding of our DREAMS. The hosts, Georgina and Francis, were hugely accommodating and made sure we had everything we needed for the weekend. The barn was ideal for housing the bride and bridesmaids, and we had rave reviews from the glampers who tucked into bacon sandwiches by the fire pits before strolling through the bluebells the ceremony. Wildwood Bluebell is the perfect set-up for anyone who wants a relaxed and unique wedding in the beautiful Cotswolds. We just wish we could do it all over again!
