Suites & Services Offered
Our licensed Eleanor Suite host civil ceremonies of up to 150 guests, which leads out to a beautiful Rose Garden, lit with festoon lights and an abundance of blossoming flowers, the perfect setting for your drinks reception or that must-have confetti shot.
Your meal and evening reception will take place in the stunning Valance Suite, with a capacity of 220 seated or 275 standing guests. With Bifold doors leading directly out onto the wrap-around balcony with stunning views over the course, and the seamless transition between the indoors and outdoors is the perfect harmonious setting for your Wedding Breakfast.
The in-house chefs pride themselves on providing a first-class dining experience, using only the freshest ingredients. Enjoy a two course, three course meal or one of our many buffet options catering to a range of cuisines, that you and your guests are guaranteed to enjoy.
Our newly installed dancefloor is bound to entice your guest up to enjoy the celebrations and after much dancing, you can return to the balcony to watch your own spectacular and private fireworks display.

Outstanding wedding venue with outstanding staff
Not only is the venue outstanding but the staff were also absolutely amazing. Supported us from beginning to end listening to all our wants and needs.
Nothing was ever to much and it really felt as though the staff made our special day even more special.
All of our guests kept saying how amazing the staff were we honestly couldn’t have been happier.
From the day we looked around the venue throughout the entire process was just incredible.
We felt the package we got for 100 people was great value for money especially with the food and the alcohol it was reasonably priced in comparison to other locations we visited prior to booking
Nothing was ever to much and it really felt as though the staff made our special day even more special.
All of our guests kept saying how amazing the staff were we honestly couldn’t have been happier.

Perfect Venue for Our Wedding Celebration
We had our wedding reception at Westerham Golf Club and it was absolutely wonderful! The venue is beautiful and all our guests were really impressed by it. Our event manager, Gracie, was always friendly, accommodating, and very helpful during the planning process, which made everything easy and stress-free. The team at the club did a fantastic job on the day. We couldn’t recommend Westerham Golf Club highly enough!

Best day ever!!!
We just wanna say thank you so much to the WGC team for turning our dream wedding into reality. From our first viewing to planning to food tasting to all the meetings all the way to our wedding day, they’ve been amazing and really helpful. Special shout out to Lucy, she helped us with all the planning, numerous calls and emails but she has always been so patient and very understanding of our situation. We only had less than 5 months to plan our day and I can say WGC team definitely made it a lot easier! Thank you so much we had such an amazing time and definitely unforgettable! Most importantly, the food is so delicious, all of our guests thoroughly enjoyed everything including the drinks and canapes. All the food went out so quickly as well! Thank you for everything and also special shout out to our wedding co-ordinator on the day and the catering team! Would 100% recommend!

Stunning wedding venue and excellent service at Westerham Golf Club
From start to finish, our experience with Westerham Golf Club was absolutely brilliant! We got married in May 2025, and the day went perfectly smoothly, thanks to the efficient, caring, and experienced staff led by Gracie who ensured everything was expertly managed. The food, organisation, decor, and the venue itself were all stunning and it was truly fantastic value for everything we received. We couldn’t have asked for a better setting for our special day. We highly recommend Westerham Golf Club to anyone looking for a flawless wedding experience. We are so grateful!

Perfect in every way
Our wedding took place in September 2025, planned in just three months, and Westerham Golf Club proved to be the perfect venue. The panoramic views and beautiful barn-style setting created the ideal backdrop, but it was the team’s professionalism that truly set it apart. From our first visit, Gracie impressed us with her knowledge and calm confidence. She guided us through every detail, helped us stay within budget, and made it clear the team would do whatever they could to make our day personal and special.
On the day itself, Ruby and Philippa were outstanding. Their experience shone through, ensuring everything ran smoothly and exactly to plan. We genuinely had the best day of our lives, and couldn’t recommend Westerham Golf Club more highly to anyone searching for a wedding venue.

The best day of our lives!
We could not thank Gracie and the team at Westerham GC enough for all of their professionalism and support to make our wedding day truly special and the best day of our lives. Preparation was easy - minimal stress for us. They catered exactly to our needs and the day went so smoothly, their recommended suppliers made the venue absolutely stunning and all of our guests were impressed with the service and the staff, as well as the venue. They went above and beyond to turn the Eleanor Suite into a Halloween themed party room for us, for extra entertainment for our guests. We would definitely recommend Westerham Golf Club to anyone we know looking for a venue to get married in, or even just for a party! Thank you so much, again, to Gracie and her team

We're very happy we chose Westerham GC to celebrate our wedding and very satisfied overall.
We checked a few venues in a very limited window back in Dec '24 and WGC were able to accommodate us, show us round and they offered the best value. We got married 2/8/25.
Communication was consistently good: they were flexible, answered our questions and helped us make the most of our day the way we intended, a smallish, intimate party, no DJ but a ceilidh, barn tables, our own music and a nice atmosphere that allowed people to mingle.
About the food, we, the bride and groom, agree with the guests that it was truly delicious and well abundant. The evening buffet was excellent.

Our Wedding
It was perfect in every way. Gracie, our wedding coordinator, was incredibly helpful in the lead-up to our big day—so organised, kind, and always happy to help. The food on the day was even better than at our tasting (which we didn’t think was possible!), and the golf course grounds made for the most stunning photo backdrops. Everything ran so smoothly and exceeded all of our expectations. We couldn’t have asked for a more beautiful venue or a more supportive team. Thank you for making our day so special!

We had the most incredible day, and from start to finish, the team at Westerham were nothing short of amazing. Early in our planning journey, we received some difficult family news that meant we had to rearrange our original dates. The team handled this with such compassion and understanding—it truly made a stressful time feel manageable. Their kindness and flexibility meant the world to us.
The venue itself was perfect. We loved having access to both rooms, with the bar, dinner tables, and dance floor all in one space. It created such a seamless flow and allowed all our guests to stay connected throughout the celebration. We've been to weddings where guests miss out on key moments because the venue is too spread out—Westerham avoided that entirely, and it made a huge difference.
We were blessed with stunning weather, and the balcony was a highlight. It gave the whole day a Mediterranean feel, which worked beautifully with our Italian theme. The views were breathtaking and added a magical touch to the atmosphere.
The food was phenomenal—we received so many compliments from our guests, including the vegans who were thrilled with the options available. The staff were fantastic throughout, and the wedding team were communicative, supportive, and always available during the planning process. Couldn't have asked for more
The team at Westerham were honestly amazing and we couldn't have been happier with how the day went.
The team really know what they were doing, so as well as everything going smoothly on the day, they were able to be a massive help to us throughout the planning process. They were a huge help on the day, we had DIY'd some very simple centrepieces which they very kindly put out for us to save friends/family having to come early to do it, as well as things like our photo book, signage and cake etc.
There are some lovely spots to get your photos taken, and they'll take you round on a golf buggy to get to the best spots!
The food was lovely, and the team even saved us a little plate of canapes as we had stepped out for some photos when they were served.
Don't know what else to say other than thank you!

The most magical day
We cannot express how grateful and happy we were with Westerham Golf Club. All of the staff were amazing and our event managers made sure we were always kept up to date and incredibly quick to reply (even though we bombarded them with our silly questions!) They made us feel so at ease and took care of all the little details they we didn't even think of! The food was delicious and they ensured that everyone was catered for. If you want a beautiful, seamless wedding experience, Westerham Golf Club is the place to book!
