The Webbington Hotel was just the most ideal and beautiful venue for our intimate wedding, hosting wonderful views, high quality service and facilities and a devoted team where everything was taken care of not only on our special day but before and after.

Scarlett is a phenomenal wedding coordinator where every question asked was answered in a quick and polite manner and allowed us to create our personal wedding which went swimmingly and stress free on the day!

Nothing ever seemed too much when asked for by all the staff members and we were so looked after it made our wedding so much more memorable!

The rooms at The Webbington all have a wonderful charm to them, from Tiark to the Garden suite and even to the bridal suite, each are wonderful spaces and give enough room and options for a beautiful wedding background.

The Webbington will hold a special place in our hearts for a very long time and we highly recommended considering them as a wedding venue. We had a magical day and this venue was a big part of that!

We recently had our wedding at the Webbington Hotel and Spa and honestly couldn’t have asked for a better experience. From our very first meeting right through to the end of the day, the service was impeccable. The entire coordination team were outstanding , nothing was ever too much trouble, and they made the whole process feel smooth and stress-free.

The bar staff were lovely, friendly, and welcoming to all of our guests, creating such a warm atmosphere throughout the day and evening. The food was amazing, the drinks were very reasonably priced, and so many of our guests commented on the beautiful local views surrounding the hotel.

One thing that really stood out was the incredible value for money. The hotel also provided wedding decorations free of charge, including cake stands and sweet jars, which was such a thoughtful touch and helped make everything look perfect without extra cost.

We had the most amazing day and would highly recommend the Webbington Hotel to anyone looking for a beautiful wedding venue with fantastic staff, excellent service, and great value.

We had our wedding at The Webbington Hotel & Spa and honestly it couldn’t have been more perfect. My husband and I had spent our anniversary there every year, so it already held a very special place for us, and it truly felt like the natural choice for our wedding.

From the very beginning Miro and Scarlett were absolutely fantastic. They listened carefully to what we wanted and guided us through every stage of planning. Scarlett in particular was brilliant at breaking everything down for us step by step, helping us make decisions that suited both our vision and our budget. Nothing ever felt rushed or overwhelming, and we always felt supported.

Throughout the lead-up, Scarlett was always responsive and reassuring whenever we had questions. On the day itself she was incredible — fully involved from start to finish, guiding us exactly where we needed to be, updating us constantly, and making sure we felt calm and looked after. She even walked us down to meet the registrars and ensured everything ran smoothly without us having to worry about a thing.

The day itself was seamless. The ceremony, wedding breakfast and evening reception were all in different parts of the hotel and everything flowed perfectly. The staff were professional, friendly and genuinely cared about making the day special for us and our guests.

The food was another highlight . We received so many compliments about the wedding breakfast and the evening BBQ buffet was amazing with plenty of food and great quality - a huge thank you to the catering team too.

The hotel also offers incredible views, beautiful grounds and a real sense of occasion. We genuinely felt like VIPs throughout the day. Nothing was ever too much trouble for the team and it was clear that Miro and Scarlett truly cared about making everything perfect.

What made it even more meaningful for us is that we have built a long-standing relationship with the hotel over the years. Because we had been so well looked after during our annual anniversary stays, we already knew how special the service was which is why we chose to get married here. We have even already booked our first anniversary return for 2027.

This is more than just a hotel. The grounds, the views, the food and the staff are all incredible. We cannot thank the team enough for helping create such an unforgettable wedding day.

My and my husband could not of asked for a better wedding day, everyone went above and beyond to make sure it was perefct, which it was ( just wish we could control the heat wave)
Everyone was so helpful, welcoming always there at the end of the phone or email.

We had our wedding at the webbington in January 2025.The whole day was amazing throughout we stayed the night before and also family and friends did too the meal the night before was amazing and staff were really friendly and helpful. The day of our wedding Scarlett and her team took everything in hand we didn’t have to stress about anything we’ll organise. The venue for the whole day was beautiful decorated the views from the Webbington was fantastic and we had some lovely photographs taken with a beautiful sunset. Myself and my husband booked the same room the night after our wedding just to take it all in and relax in the spa , I would recommend that.

This was the most perfect wedding venue. The staff were all very professional and accommodating, nothing was too much trouble. The wedding coordinator was very quick to respond to emails and any queries we had. The whole wedding day ran smoothly, the staff took care of everything. The food, accommodation and ceremony room were all excellent. From our very first communication with The Webbington Hotel to the actual wedding day itself, everything was faultless. There was lot of great places for both indoor and outdoor photos which gave lots of lovely memories from our daughters wedding day. I wouldn’t hesitated to recommend The Webbington Hotel to anyone looking for the perfect wedding venue where they are happy to help work with your budget, whether it is high or lower.

An absolutely amazing venue! I had a beautiful winter wedding at the Webbington, the staff were absolutely amazing both before the day organising everything and on the day! All the staff are extremely kind, caring and can’t do enough! Scarlett was amazing for helping plan our wedding and answered all of our questions and any concerns! All the staff were extremely helpful for setting up wedding decorations the morning of the wedding and it was exactly how I thought it would look! Nothing was too much trouble.

We got married on the 11.04.2025 at the Webbington Hotel. And we had the Best. Day. Ever!
We booked our wedding back in August 2023, and the communication prior to the wedding was faultless. Anytime an email was sent or phone call was made it was answered promptly and professionally giving us all the information we needed.
The meetings prior to the wedding were really useful, and gave us every opportunity to discuss different suggestions and ideas. We were listened too, and given ideas from Scarlett on several occasions which helped our day come together just as we imagined.
We arrived the day before our wedding and was able to unload all our wedding bits into the room which allowed us to then relax the evening prior to the wedding.
Wedding Day arrived and it was fantastic. All the staff were incredibly helpful and polite, and Scarlett worked her magic to make sure everything come together as we imagined. Everything was set up as we wanted, along with Scarlett checking in with both myself and now husband several times before the ceremony. She even helped with a small issue with my hair at one point 10 minutes before the service!
Following the ceremony (whilst pictures and welcome drinks were happening) Scarlett and her team worked their magic to set up the wedding breakfast. They were brilliant and was set up just as we had asked. They gave us opportunity to go in and see it before our guests too which was great. The food was unbelievable throughout the day and all our guests were highly complimentary about the quality and high quantity of food they were given! The evening was also amazing. The team moved everything we had asked into the evening room and set it all up, checking in with us on several occasions to clarify how and where we wanted things.
The following morning all of our wedding bits were piled into one space, allowing us to sort and move things as and when we wanted.

Overall would highly highly recommend this venue. We had the best day ever and cannot thank Scarlett and the Webbington Hotel enough for what they have done to help us create a magical wedding day that will be talked about for days/months/years to come!

The service was great from the team at the Webbington, the price was exceptional compared to other local options and the service wasn’t compromised at all! We had a great day and no issues at all.

From start to finish the venue really outdid themselves. Everything was thought about so careful and executed to exactly how we wanted. We loved every minute and would have not changed anything. So accommodating to everyone’s wishes, dietary requirements and needs. Thank you so much again Webbington, we really had the day of our dreams.

So first important point in the review Groom (English), Bride (American) and we live in the US. When we decided to go for a UK wedding we looked at a number of place's in the Bath, Somerset area and the first thing that jumped out at us was Georgina (Webbington wedding planner) was so much more engaged and on the ball than others we had meet. We loved the location, setting, menu options, but Georgina was a huge bonus. This turned out to make the planning and organizing from the other side of the pond almost straight forward.
On the catering side, we have a number of people with quite severe allergic reactions - fish, diary, nuts, mustard, mango. The Chef and the team were fantastic in working around these, getting us additional options and making versions of things that accommodated for this.
The list of vendors that the Webbington provide was amazing and covered everything with people they have used in the past. Photographer, flowers, cake, makeup, pianist.... We took a look at the portfolio's and decided which we liked best and that was a great help (again from the other side of the Atlantic).
The day itself went perfectly and was all we could have hoped for.
