  A perfect day

  My husband and I got married and celebrated our wedding reception at the Spa Hotel in December 2023. The day was a dream from start to finish and the team at the Spa did absolutely everything to give us an unforgettable day. Tasha, our wedding coordinated, worked with us from the moment we started planning with the Spa and was available via email and phone regularly to help us work out the details of the day & evening. The setting is beautiful at the Spa, especially at Christmas with all the trees, lights, and decorations. The food was fantastic, everyone commented on how tasty the wedding breakfast & canapes were. The team were so responsive & helpful with the fact that I do not drink, so had all my alternatives to hand all throughout the day. What a perfect place to get married and celebrate our wedding, thank you so much to Tasha and all the team at the Spa Hotel!

  Amazing day! Couldn’t fault them!

  Thank you so much! We had such a great day. For us the best day of our lives so far!
  
  I could not fault the hospitality of you and your staff. If something wasn’t there you guys were straight on it. Nothing was too much to ask. Maty really put our minds at ease. Making sure I didn’t fall down the stairs and having water ready for us when he knew we’d be shaking before starting the ceremony!
  
  It was like a well oiled machine and we didn’t have to lift a finger which took all stress away completely.
  
  A lovely touch was adding the petals in the room and tidying up before we came upstairs. Made us relax so well.
  
  Everyone was so helpful. I’d also like to mention how helpful one of your staff was. I’m not sure of his name, he had red hair. He could see I was panicking in the morning and reassured me by telling me everything was being set up for the ceremony. He was very accommodating and I’m sure he’ll go far in your industry!
  
  Also thank you to Emily. Everything went so well and that’s all down to her coordination. Every staff member knew what needed to be done.
  
  Again thank you so so much!! I’m sure we’ll be back again and of course we will be recommending you guys to everyone we know!!

  We are so happy that we chose to have our wedding day at the Spa Hotel! Right from the beginning, you were so fantastic - fielding questions, keeping us on schedule with jobs and always being a very lovely friendly face to speak to whenever we needed. We so, so appreciate you.

  Amazing venue!

  We got married earlier this summer at The Spa Hotel and it was fabulous. Everybody there is so professional and are experts at what they do. Everybody was so accommodating and helped make our day so incredibly special. The organisation from everybody was amazing (in particular Natasha) and we had the best day. The day went without a hitch and was everything we dreamed of and more. Our guests had a great time and the food was incredible. I can't recommend The Spa Hotel as a wedding venue more!

  Best Day of our Lives

  After months of planning, discussions and decisions we were finally married at The Spa Hotel, Royal Tunbridge Wells on Saturday.
  
  Thank you to Tasha, David, Jake and the whole team for helping us on the way and delivering a perfect day (despite the weather) with superb and attentive service as well as everything we requested meeting and exceeding our expectations.

  A wonderful wedding

  We had our wedding ceremony and wedding breakfast in The Chandelier Room. It is a lovely room, with a bar and plenty of room for the ceremony. The music system was excellent. From beginning to end, we were taken care of and all our requests were met with a smile and professionalism. The day went smoothly without any problems. Our wedding breakfast was well presented and delicious. It arrived on heated plates and was hot.
  The bridal suite was spacious and has a separate seating area. It was a lovely room with rose petals on the bed and a beautifully crafted swan, made from towels. We brought champagne with us, but unfortunately there wasn’t a fridge. Otherwise, it was delightful.

From the early planning stages Emily and the Events Team could not have been more helpful, always on hand to answer questions. The pre wedding tasting evening was super fun, with plenty of choice. The day itself ran so smoothly and everything was just as we dreamed it would be at this beautiful venue.
  The hotel is fabulous and many of our guests stayed and used the lovely spa facilities, plus they put on a private breakfast just for our guests the day after, which was a nice touch. I could not recommend The Spa Hotel more as a wedding venue or for any other event.
