We had our wedding at the Old Course Hotel on 2nd August 2025, and we honestly couldn’t have asked for a more perfect day. From the moment we booked, the team were attentive, professional, and genuinely invested in making our wedding everything we had hoped for. Nothing ever felt like too much trouble – every detail was handled with such care, and their organisation made the whole process so much easier and more enjoyable.
On the day itself, the service was outstanding. The staff went above and beyond to look after us and our guests: so many people commented on how seamless everything felt. The food was exceptional, and the setting speaks for itself; the views over the Old Course and West Sands made for the most spectacular backdrop.
What stood out most to us was the warmth and professionalism of the entire team. We felt completely supported and reassured throughout the planning and on the day, which meant we could relax and truly enjoy ourselves. It’s clear they genuinely care about every couple’s experience, and that makes all the difference.
If you are considering the Old Course Hotel for your wedding, we cannot recommend it highly enough. It is a stunning venue with incredible staff who will make your day feel effortless and unforgettable. -

We eloped and married at The Old Course Hotel in St Andrews. It was magical. From the fun dinner the night before at The Jigger Inn, to the exquisite afternoon tea to the groom playing golf at The Dukes on the morning of the wedding. The wedding planner at The Old Course ensured our wedding was beautiful, the decorations were in place and the whole team made us feel so special. Our wedding was tiny but every last detail was thought of down to the decoration of our honeymoon room with rose petals including a bottle of fine champagne. If you’re looking for a wedding venue, choose The Old Course. It’s five star luxury with the feeling of family. -

We only toured one venue because I knew post meeting with the Old Course that it was the place for us. The staff was so wonderful (adored Jess Paton!), the venue was spectacular. They made everything so seamless and easy leading up to the wedding and on the day of. EVERYONE commented on how good the food was and how professional the staff was. It was the best wedding ever and that wouldn't have been possible without the Old Course. We did the ceremony and reception at the Old Course and loved how easy it was and how much our guests loved getting to enjoy the views and lovely venue. We'll go back every year for our anniversary if we can! -

Our wedding at the Old Course Hotel was nothing short of magical. From the breathtaking surroundings to the elegant interiors, the entire venue created the most incredible setting for our special day. The ambiance was warm and luxurious, and everything from the décor to the lighting was just perfect.
The food was absolutely delicious, beautifully presented, and paired with an excellent wine selection that our guests are still talking about. The staff were outstanding, attentive, professional, and genuinely welcoming. Every single person we interacted with made us feel completely at ease and well looked after.
A special thank you goes to Jess Paton, our wonderful wedding coordinator. Jess went above and beyond in every possible way, ensuring every detail was just right, right down to the way our napkins were folded. Her calm presence, thoughtful guidance, and impeccable attention to detail made the planning process a joy. We now consider her not just our organiser, but a friend.
We can’t recommend the Old Course Hotel highly enough. It was the perfect venue, and we’ll cherish the memories forever. -

We couldn’t recommend Old Course Hotel enough as a wedding venue. From the first time we went to view the Hotel to our wedding day, we received exceptional service from all staff. The booking and planning process was made extremely easy, the hotel couldn’t have done more to assist us. We were in constant communication and any questions I had were answered promptly. The day itself ran exceptionally smoothly and without flaws. The food and drinks service was amazing. Every staff member we encountered was friendly, welcoming and professional. -

The setting for a perfect St Andrews Wedding
We had a really positive experience working with Jessica and the team at The Old Course Hotel planning our wedding. From the start we were impressed by the professionalism and warmth shown by the staff there. We felt totally listened to and were given great advice about how to make our day special – from bigger picture things and timings for the day all the way down to the finer details with the linen consultation. This was felt from the initial enquiry, to the menu tasting and stay, to the big day itself. Our wedding day flowed smoothly and seamlessly and we both felt really relaxed. The conservatory for the drinks reception and ballroom for the meal and rest of the evening were perfect settings for our 70-person wedding. Thank you for the most beautiful day! -

OCH & Jordan utterly outstanding in every way
From the moment we arrived, we felt so welcomed and valued, and every single detail was executed with a level of care and precision that went far beyond our expectations. We genuinely cannot mention everything they did to make our wedding experience so special. The dedication, thoughtfulness, and genuine care we received has made us customers for life, and we have already booked to celebrate our first anniversary at the Old Course Hotel next year.
Our wedding coordinator Jordan is one of a kind. Jordan didn’t just coordinate a wedding. She made magic happen. She made me feel like the most important person in the world. She is, quite simply, extraordinary. If you could bottle up her talent, her heart, and her ability to handle absolutely anything with poise and grace, you’d have something priceless. Nothing was too much trouble and she made the entire process a dream.
From the very first meeting to the final moments of our stay, we felt as though our wedding was just as important to her as it was to us. The OCH will forever be our special place. -

We are beyond thrilled with our wedding experience at the Old Course Hotel! From the moment we first saw it, we knew it was going to be something special, and it absolutely exceeded our expectations.
Our wedding planner Jessica Paton was exceptional – she helped us shape our vision and her team added such a stunning touch to our day, and we received so many compliments from our guests!
What truly set the OCH apart was their professionalism, attention to detail, and genuine passion for what they do. They took the time to understand our vision and delivered it perfectly, ensuring everything was exactly as we had hoped (if not better!).
We cannot recommend them enough. Their product truly made our wedding day that much more magical, and we will cherish the memories they helped create for years to come. Thank you again for everything – you were a huge part of making our day unforgettable! -

My husband and I got married here back in June, and we can't thank The Old Course enough for making it the best day of our lives. Right from start to finish, the team were so so helpful and on it. Jessica was our wedding planner and she did the most amazing job of making everything perfect - and was just such a lovely person! The communication was always great, and they were so amazing with any requests we had. They really do think of everything, from the big things to all the tiny small details which make the day so beautiful. On the day itself, the team were outstanding at making sure everything ran smoothly, and we didn't ever have to worry about anything at all! Everyone said how great the service was - and we were looked after so well! So grateful for everything the team did.The Old Course Hotel's reply:
