Best venue for a wedding in Dorset!

Me and my husband got married in October 2024 - since we booked in January 2023, all of the venue staff we communicated with went above and beyond for any requests we had, including any last minute changes we didnt think we could do! I knew I could email or phone with the smallest question and never did I feel like I was bothering the team.
The on the day coordinator, Bianca, was incredible. She knew all of the details of our wedding inside out (more than I did!). We trusted her to make any last minute decisions/changes and the day couldnt have gone more smoothly (despite the rain!).
All of the food was incredible and all of our guests were well fed - we did the BBQ buffet and there was PLENTY to go around, it was so organised and everyone got the chance to have seconds!
Super impressed with the value for money compared to other venues we looked at in the area. We have no regrets choosing The Italian Villa - it is a beautiful venue and it is sad now that it is over.

We could not have asked for a more perfect wedding

We got married at your beautiful venue on the 14th September and just wanted to send a message to say how incredibly grateful we are and to say a massive thank you to everyone involved! The Villa and gardens looked absolutely stunning and we couldn't have asked for a more perfect wedding, thank you!

Aphra and Candice were incredible on the day (and day before letting us set up and helping us though the run through) putting us both at ease and making our wedding such a relaxed and enjoyable day. At no point did we worry about anything (even when it turned out the registrar hadn't signed the certificate!) everyone was so professional and our guests are still commenting about how wonderful all your staff were and how perfectly the day ran.

Of course the food was delicious, please pass our complements on the chefs, and to everyone who helped tidy away that night and made so easy to grab everything the next day.

We couldn't fault anything and can't thank you enough for making our day absolutely perfect!

They saved our wedding..!

I am so overwhelmed and happy to say that my husband and I Sean got married here on Friday 9th June 2017. We were blown away with how unbelievable the service was. Nothing was too much for any staff member. The Italian Gardens were just stunning and the weather so beautiful. A big thank you to Justin Cohen as without him our wedding wouldn't have been here and we will be forever eternally grateful for this. To Nicola Langley the events manager who was so helpful to everyone and made sure everything ran smooth, she even pinned my dress up as was so big with so many layers started to tear in the inside. To Richard the night evening manager made sure the smooth running of the evening party and was just perfect. To Hannah Dodds for all the emails and arranging and to all the staff who we didn't meet who put so much effort in. The food was absolutely mouthwatering everyone loved it. It was perfect... we are ready to do it all over again. I can't thank thank the staff of The Italian Villa/Beales Gourmet enough. Will remember this day for the rest of our lives. Perfect xx

They make sure all the little details are perfect.

We had our wedding at the Italian villa on Thursday 8th June. And it couldn’t have been more perfect. The whole team were fantastic and are so friendly. They make sure all the little details are perfect.
Frankie was amazing from start to finish and was so helpful. A big thank you to Nicky our events manager for making the day run so smoothly and she went above and beyond to help make our day perfect. It was truly so special.
We have got some fab photos in the gardens and in the villa. The whole venue is so gorgeous. And I can’t recommend this venue enough. I felt so at home here and all the staff make you feel so welcome. The food was so delicious and everyone said how great it was.
I would do the whole day all over again.

Literally still beaming ear to ear

Thanks so much Frankie- we had just the greatest time thanks to you, Nicki, Candace, Drew etc. Literally still beaming ear to ear- it was everything we could have hoped for and more. Thanks so much again to you all- we hope we weren't any trouble and we honestly had the best day of our lives.

Thank you for the perfect wedding!

Just wanted to thank everyone at the Italian Villa for a perfect wedding.
From the start, Laura organised everything and put us at ease that everything would go to plan.
A special thanks to Nicki, the Events Manager, for organising the smooth running of the day.
Not forgetting the caterers, who provided spectacular food that everyone complimented.
Thank you once again for helping us have the wedding that we dreamed of.

Amazing

We cant recommend you guys highly enough

Everything was run so smoothly and nothing was too much trouble which is perfect for any wedding day!
All of the staff were so friendly and professional and the food was absolutely gorgeous! My dad would also like to thank Mahmoud as he was fantastic on the day and the next day when we came to collect our things.
All of our guests were astounded by the Villa and the gardens and still talk about how beautiful it was. There is a competition now to beat our venue although I'm not sure it will ever happen! We can't recommend you guys highly enough!

Simply Fantastic

We can not begin to tell you how amazing and wonderful our day was at the Italian Villa. The way that you looked after us was incredible. The Italian Villa is a very special place and Derya & I will always remember our wedding day with fondness and excitement. All of your staff, without exception were extremely professional, polite and courteous - They are a real credit to you. (Please pass on my thanks to Ebony who really looked after my Mum when she had a red wine incident! & also Mahmoud who looked after the guests who would not leave!)

Sometimes it is difficult to put into words the experiences that you have..... here are the words that Derya & I have decided best suit our special day and the way in which you looked after us..... "Simply Fantastic".

Simply Fantastic

The venue was set up just as we wanted it and the sun shone so we managed to get full use of the gardens which was amazing.
The Catering was simply fantastic the presentation was superb and it tasted absolutely delicious, we have had so many amazing comments so please thank all the catering team.
The Venue Manager Ebony was just fantastic nothing was too much trouble from set up through to finish and everything ran seamlessly.
