The Haybarn was everything we wanted in a venue - beautiful, incredibly flexible, with a team full of people who just wanted to help us make our day as fun and individual as we wanted. Helen, in particular, was spectacular: efficient, so organised, reassuring, and absolutely got our vision and vibe straightaway. She went above and beyond helping my dad pick out the wine he wanted, making sure we had wet weather set ups (it rained all morning), and just generally being a fairy godmother. The most lovely place to have your special day, and with the best possible team working their absolute hardest to make that happen for you. I couldn't recommend The Haybarn more highly! :) -

There are not enough words to describe how incredible The Haybarn were. We knew from the moment we saw it that it was the perfect fit for us and our wedding day would be not only beautiful, but well taken care of. The coordinators (Shannon in particular) made the whole process, including the day, seamless. There was no stone unturned and no question not joyfully answered. Nothing was too much trouble and we could trust them completely. The accommodation is what really sold it to us, as we were able to host so much of our family and wedding parties in such beautiful barns and shepherds huts. They even kept the shepherds huts open an extra few weeks so we could heave them for our October wedding.
We had the absolute best day and the venue was the star of the show. We truly recommend this venue to anyone. Thank you so much!The Haybarn's reply:

Katie Sent on 19/10/2025Most stunning Wedding Venue in Herefordshire!
We got married at the Haybarn in September and we cannot give enough praise to the team and the location (what a stunning place!!)
All our guests loved the wedding venue, the location and mentioned how everything went so smoothly, and it is thanks to the great team working at the Haybarn. Even when we changed it up and brought in a taco van they ensured they had the power supply to make it work and was on hand to help them set up.
Close family also really loved the fact there is a good range of on-site accomodation and set up available the day before, which made it loads easier to set up and not worry about getting to hotels (and the glamping wagons were much appreciated too!)
Overall 10/10 would get married here again 😆 -

Beautiful venue and location
We are so happy to have held our wedding at the Haybarn recently. From our very first viewing up to the big day itself, the team made us feel welcome, happily answered our numerous questions, and nothing was too much trouble. The venue is in such an idyllic and tranquil location, all of our guests (and us!) were blown away at how lovely it was. The glamping carriage where we stayed was so cosy and decorated beautifully, we would have stayed longer if we could! The team stayed in regular contact with us throughout the planning process, and our coordinator ensured everything went smoothly on the day.The Haybarn's reply:

We absolutely loved our experience with the Haybarn! The team are incredible and the venue is absolutely stunning!
The fact that you are able to have the beautiful accommodation the night before your big day and are able to get ready on site is amazing and was such an added bonus compared to other Herefordshire venues that only allow you to arrive later on your wedding morning!
The whole team were attentive and so welcoming are really made the day flow effortlessly!
The grounds were perfect and allowed us to have so much space for guests to roam and the animals were an amazing addition and the kids loved it!
Overall an incredible venue and we could 100% recommend for any event!The Haybarn's reply:

Perfect day!
Where do I begin! we had the most incredible wedding at the Haybarn. It really is the most naturally beautiful and perfect venue!
We were lucky enough to have Helen and Jordan as our coordinators and they were both fantastic from start to finish. Helen was always there to answer any questions, any worries or help with any ideas I had and bring them to life.
We stayed the night before the wedding and the wedding night in the two beautiful houses and some guests in the B&B. Our guests where not only blown away by the venue but how lovely the houses where too, they really have that home feel.
The day itself was just perfect! we didn’t have to worry about a thing, Helen and Jordan were there to make sure everything ran as planned. They really went above and beyond with the extra little details.
Everyone loved that the donkeys, Albert and Blossom could make an appearance for the day too ☺️.
We honestly couldn’t have wished for a more perfect day, and we are so grateful we got to get married at your beautiful farm.

We had the most wonderful wedding day at the Haybarn. The venue itself is absolutely stunning and the location is idyllic, with the perfect backdrop of hills, fields, forests and even a beautiful brook. The venue is the perfect blend of rustic and contemporary, combining the original features of the buildings with more modern additions and comforts.
Being able to access the venue from 1pm the day before and extend checkout the day after meant that we were able to relax and make the most of our time there. The accommodation (we had the Home Barn, Brook Barn, B&B and Glamping) was beautiful and comfortable, with plenty of space to get ready and to relax the morning after.
The ceremony space in the Cartshed was one of the things we loved most about the venue, allowing us to get married against the stunning natural backdrop. The Haybarn was an amazing space which easily accommodated c100 guests and was seamlessly turned around from our wedding breakfast to the party. The grounds gave plenty of different spaces for guests to explore and options for photos to be taken, including the option to have the adorable donkeys, Albert & Blossom, out for guests to meet.
The team at the Haybarn were brilliant from start to finish. They really helped make the planning process run smoothly and ensured that our day went ahead without a hitch. We cannot recommend this venue enough!
