Kelly I want to thank you for the care and attention you personally gave to ourselves, the wedding and our families. Your sunny, bubbly personality put us all at ease, nothing was too much trouble and you went above and beyond for our wedding.

I have waited until I had time to write this because I wanted to ensure the feedback, attempted to do justice to the initial enquiries and arrangements, the actual wedding and the after care provided.

Matt and I had a number of difficulties during the year running up to the wedding, I honestly thought we would be looking at having to cancel but the events team were brilliant and saved our day by tailoring everything to the budget we ended up with, without any issues or complaint, in fact the support and understanding was beyond expectation. Once we were allocated to you as our coordinator nearer our wedding and we met to discuss everything, I was instantly put at ease by your calm, friendly and welcoming manner. You helped us achieve what we had in mind, including what the veggies had to eat, getting the bunting I supplied put up, working with us to get our decorations on site and arranging the 2p favours for our guests, which was talked about afterwards as the best wedding favours anyone ever had 😂

The wedding was incredible, it was all the little things, like the card and Mr & Mrs Gonks left for us, my girls, my mother and I loved the bridal suite for getting ready in, you got my grandmother a blanket and offered her a hot drink because she was cold, dealing with our music, liaising with photographers and ensuring all the turn around points went smoothly. I know I provided the decorations but you put it all together and it looked stunning. When the flower arch was delivered I realised the batteries for the lights had run out and you must have put new batteries in because they were on and working for the ceremony❤.

Everybody gave compliment after compliment for how beautiful and unique our wedding was, they all had a lot of fun, I think the older males in our families reverted back to childhood and were running around the arcade wide eyed and having a go on everything more so than the actual kids, this also applied to the sweet cart🤣 Everyone loved the fish and chip supper, the gravy was a hit, my Mum is asking for the recipe, she said it was bloody lovely.

The DJ supplied through yourselves was great, obviously we are a bit of a mad bunch so the party was always going to be a good one. The pier staff assisting with the wedding were also friendly, welcoming and couldn’t do enough for us.

At the end of the day we didn’t have to worry about anything apart from tipsily making our way back to the hotel, you made it easy for us to come back the following day and collect everything that you had carefully packed up for us. Another surprise was that you had kept the top tier of our cake for us to take home, I was so pleased because with all the dancing I forgot to eat any, so we took a few slices on honeymoon with us to have with a cuppa.

I can honestly say our wedding will be lovingly reflected on for some time to come, it brought a lot of joy to a lot of people, everyone said it will be remembered for how beautiful, fun and unique it was and also the obvious love and connection Matt and I have for each other.

We had a perfect day. Our wedding co-ordinator, Faith, Kari and the whole team went over and above to make sure everything went smoothly on our special day. Nothing was too much trouble. The venue was great, with lots of space, light and spectacular views from the balcony and the food was excellent. I would highly reccommend the Grand Pier to anyone getting married.

Professional staff where nothing is too much bother. Lovely venue and the room looked amazing. Would certainly recommend.

Such and amazing day, all my family and friends loved the venue and the staff were second to none. I cant wait for the anniversary party next year.

Having our wedding at the Pier was honestly the best thing we ever done! We had looked so many other venues and honestly we had given up hope. But we found the Pier by accident, and honestly was the best accident! The team here are absolutely great at what they do and go above and beyond. Thankyou all so much! Excellent day had by all, truly magical!! Guests absolutely loved the rides and amusements.

The Grand Pier made our day truly special. The package offer was brilliant value for money and they were very flexible considering we had to rearrange due to the pandemic.

The Grand Pier exceeded all our expectations – on their price, food, service, and tailoring the offering to our needs. Cat, our wedding planner, was responsive and worked with us to realise our dreams. We had not tasted the food before, so it was a bit of a leap of faith. It was really delicious and many guests commented on how tasty and beautifully presented the four course dinner was. The Tiffany has spectacular views throughout the day. It looked great with long tables for 90, and space for a dance floor included. On the night, the team, especially Charlotte, worked with military precision to get all the timings perfect. The price of the venue was extremely reasonable and the service offered could not have been better. Getting to use the rides/ arcade was a really fun touch that the guests loved, both those young and old. It was truly an unforgettable day and can't recommend it enough!

I wanted to say that we were blown away by the service offered but the Pier. You were so responsive and helpful all the way through. The room looked amazing on the night, it was better than I could have hoped for and many guests said how stunning it looked.

The service of all the staff was fantastic. Charlotte was so on it on the night and organised on the floor. The food was delicious.

All in all we were just ecstatic at how it turned out and you and the team did an amazing job.

The ceremony room set-up and dinner tables looked marvellous and you and your team did a fantastic job - it couldn't have suited us, or looked any better! :)

Just to say we had our wedding on the pier at Weston super mare on 21/09/2013, it was the most amazing day ever, we couldn't have been looked after better, our wedding planner Gayle was with us from the first moment we met at the wedding fayre until the day of our wedding, I can honestly say she was priceless. She was with us on our wedding day until the end of the night, she went over and above board on what she did, we had our venue in the Tiffany Room which we had all day for everything, it was amazing from the decor to the waiters they were out of this world. As we had a civil ceremony we had to have registrars brought in, they were so kind and more than willing to explain anything we needed to know. All our guests commented on the day on how brilliant a venue it was, I can't praise everyone enough for their hard work especially Gayle who we couldn't have done it without, thank you isn't enough.
