I don't even know how to begin to thank you all for what was a truly magical day, everything about the day was everything we could of wished for, the venue was amazing, the food was delicious not one guest said anything negative about it! Compliments to the chef! The staff on the day were outstanding and nothing was too much trouble for anyone, Fiona is loveliest, craziest person iv ever met and perfect to run our wedding I never once felt worried knowing she had everything under control, julias also looked after Steve really well and I know he was nervous as he is new to weddings! All the waiting staff were lovely and Hadley went the extra mile to make sure not only myself and Steve were ok but all our guests, he was so attentive to everyone and so lovely. We just wish we could do it all again as the day went by so quickly.

The two girls made my wedding day perfect and I couldn't of asked for better communication. I felt like they really cared about my wedding and understood what I really wanted

Everything from start to finish went perfect for are wedding . . . . .

Both Naomi and Fiona were exceptional both before the wedding and during - Naomi stayed up til 2am the day before decorating a table plan for us as we had not had time to prepare a nicely presented one - she insisted she simply did it for the love of getting it right on the day. The pride they both took in making sure the day was flawless stunned both of us and we had many of our guests comment on how well they were conducting the day. In my view, having Naomi and Fiona on the day of the wedding is probably one of the biggest reasons I would recommend the Cheltenham Chase as a venue - you definitely WILL be looked after on the big day.

I just want to say a massive thank you to you & Fiona for helping make our wedding day so amazing! Also to all the other staff that helped. Everything went so well.

We are writing to give our thanks for the service you staff gave at our daughter’s wedding on Fri 8th April.
From our initial enquiry, the booking, planning, tasting and pre wedding meetings were all dealt with professionally and in a relaxed manner to put everyone at their ease. Every detail of the special day was checked and double checked a couple of days before to make sure everything was going to be perfect.
The look on our daughters face when she saw the reception room was one we will remember for a long time, we couldn’t fault anything. Although we were running a little late everything ran smoothly and Fiona was very professional even when guests kept disappearing at vital stages. The food was delicious, hot and there was nothing but praise from those around us. It was efficiently served by very attentive staff; a special thanks to the chefs for bringing it altogether so well.
The transition into the evening party was carried out seamlessly and again the food was hot, well presented and served, the bar staff were exceptional with no queues and all special requests catered for. The disco arranged by the hotel was excellent providing all requested songs for first dances and a good selection of music for guests to dance to.
All of the staff made the day special for all the guests, as many were staying the night, with nothing being too much trouble they are all a credit to the Chase Hotel and we would truly recommend this hotel for any wedding.

We have just celebrated our daughters wedding at Cheltenham Chase Hotel. There was a civil ceremony, followed by wedding breakfast and evening reception. Everybody had a fantastic day and were very impressed with venue, the location and gardens, the standard of rooms, food and helpfulness of staff. The wedding was quite a large number and Hayley, Ash, John, Steve and all the staff worked very hard to make our day seamless and go to plan, nothing was too much trouble. We would definitely recommend this venue for a wedding and also for a weekend or overnight stay we will certainly be visiting again. Our room was one of the suites which was outstanding and well worth the extra money, however the standard rooms were well above average and all our guests had a comfortable night.
