The most perfect wedding day
From the first phone call to enquire about a viewing, we were met with enthusiasm and kindness and every time we called or visited after we were treated with the same compassion, with everyone using our names and speaking to us as if they knew us personally. Needless to say, after our first viewing we didn't even look at any other venues! All queries were met with helpful responses and nothing was ever too much trouble, even some slightly odd or out of the ordinary requests. The communication throughout the build-up was outstanding, the visits and meetings all met with huge excitement for us as a couple and for our wedding. The venue began to feel 'like home' and we enjoyed every trip and visit. From tours with our respective parties, to the menu tasting and Apple Shed viewing, then dropping off items a few days before the big day, all just added to the experience.
On the day, what can I say, it ran seamlessly and with what I assume, were no hiccups! If there were any, we were not made aware of any and had the most perfect, magical day! From the moment myself and the bridesmaids arrived, everything went to plan, it was tranquil and calm. Housekeeping came when they said and delivered the extra bits I requested straight away. They were also accommodating when we popped round with the gift bags etc to distribute to rooms before the guests arrived. Helen arrived was the perfect event manager, keeping us up to date and informed of all the day's proceedings and letting us know the running of the day and where we needed to be and when. And again, met us, with the same air of enthusiasm and kindness we have grown to love from South Farm.
Our guests have all fed back to us how amazing the venue was from the setting to the food and how it was one of the best weddings they had ever been to! The photos we have from friends and family are stunning and I cannot wait until we see the professional ones.
We can't quite find enough complimentary words for you all and to express how much we enjoyed our day! And we will recommend you to anyone and everyone as it really was the most perfect day, and that is not just because of the stunning venue and delicious food etc It hugely comes down to the team and how they interact with couples and the services provided.

Thank you SO much to you and everyone at South Farm for all the hard work that went into making our wedding day completely perfect. The venue itself was beautiful of course (particular shout out to the duck family that watched the ceremony) but what really stood out to us was how completely seamless the day was. A special thank you to Helen for solving any issues long before we knew of them and making sure everyone was happy and in the right place. It is truly amazing how well-oiled the South Farm operation is. I also hugely appreciate the time and thought that went into the planning process - someone was always quick to respond to my (many) emails, and the planning day itself was so thorough that it completely put our minds at ease.
The food was also stunning, we had so many guests compliment it - several saying it was the best wedding food they’ve ever had.
We had the most perfect day and couldn’t have picked a better venue - and one that felt more “us” than South Farm. Wish we could do it all again! -

Our wedding at South Farm was the most magical day. I can't recommend South Farm and the brilliant team who work there more.
From the very beginning, the South Farm team were incredibly attentive, helpful, friendly, professional and flexible - we felt supported throughout. Wedding planning didn't feel stressful with them there for us. On the day, Hayley and the team were wonderful - we felt so relaxed, calm, and in control thanks to them and didn't have to worry about anything. They worked so hard to make it the perfect day for us and the guests, and yet we barely saw any of it. True professionals.
The venue itself is a dream: the house and the barns are beautiful and make for stunning backdrops for a wonderful wedding. The gardens are out of this world: so beautiful and you really feel like you are in your own little special world for the day.
The accommodation is excellent: luxurious, comfortable and well equipped with everything you need for the best day.
The food is brilliant: local, fresh, sustainable, and delicious. All hats off to the chefs and kitchen team. All our guests said that it's the best wedding food they have ever had. And the wines and drink selection is great.
South Farm let us have the most magical day. We've been married now for four weeks and we can't stop smiling. South Farm made that happen. Thank you all so much. -

South Farm organised and ran the perfect wedding day. From the level of communication and planning beforehand, sorting everything to the finest detail, and allowing us to make adjustments as we required them, to the day itself which ran impeccably. We had nothing to think about on the day, allowing us to just be in the moment as husband and wife, celebrating with our friends and family. We want one of our friends to get married there so we can experience the magic again as soon as possible. A special shout out to our event manager Hayley who took the utmost care of us on the day, but the entire South Farm family took amazing care of us and our guests. We would recommend this venue to everyone. -

From the moment we booked until the day after our wedding, the entire team went above and beyond to make our day absolutely perfect. Every detail was handled with care, professionalism, and genuine warmth, allowing us to relax and enjoy every moment.
A special thank you goes to our incredible Events Manager, Julie, who was outstanding throughout the whole process. Her support, organisation, and attention to detail gave us complete confidence that everything would run smoothly. We'd also like to give a special mention to Claire, who beautifully set up our room and looked after breakfast the following morning. Her hard work, attention to detail, and friendly manner helped make our stay even more special and was very much appreciated.
The whole South Farm team were exceptional, and we'd like to specifically thank Julie, Claire, Deborah, Eva, Summer, Christine, Emily, and Nikki. Every interaction we had was friendly, professional, helpful, and reassuring. It was clear throughout our wedding journey that everyone genuinely cared about making our day unforgettable.
A shout-out also goes to DJ Gary, who did an amazing job. The atmosphere on the dance floor was great, and the lighting setup created the perfect party environment. Our guests were dancing all night and had an absolutely fantastic time.
South Farm is a truly magical venue with beautiful grounds, outstanding food, and an exceptional team. We have received countless compliments from our guests about how amazing the venue, staff, food, and overall experience were.
Thank you to everyone at South Farm for making our wedding day everything we dreamed of and more. We couldn't have chosen a better venue and would recommend South Farm without hesitation to any couple looking for a truly unforgettable wedding experience.

From start to finish, South Farm were an absolute dream to work with for our wedding. From the moment we visited during an open day, we knew it was the venue for us and booked there and then.
Every interaction leading up to the day - from the taster evenings to discussing all the finer details - was handled with such professionalism, warmth and care. The team were always incredibly responsive, organised and genuinely lovely to deal with.
On the wedding day itself, everything ran seamlessly. The team were so accommodating and made the entire day feel effortless and completely magical. It truly was perfect, and we only wish we could do it all over again.

The most perfect wedding venue!
A truly amazing venue for the most perfect wedding!! We could not have been happier with our wedding day last week. Everything was perfect from all of the spaces and grounds to the food and service! We first visited south farm 4+ years ago when we first got engaged and have been in love with the venue ever since!! We would like to thank everyone at South Farm for being amazing, with a special thank you to Helen, our coordinator. Helen ensured that the day ran smoothly and everything was perfect for us and our guests! We were due to get married in the summer house but due to the rain were unable to, Helen was so helpful in explaining how to day would now run as we would be getting married in the old dairy and also came up with multiple options regarding the group photos and confetti walk depending on the weather after the ceremony. Over all we wouldn’t change a thing and will recommend south farm to everyone so that we can visit this amazing venue again!South Farm's reply:
