We chose Oulton for our venue for our August 2026 wedding after visiting it for a wedding fayre and so incredibly happy that we did! The venue and grounds were stunning, and we managed to have the outdoor ceremony we had dreamed of and the photos really reflect how gorgeous the venue is. Bryony was a life saver throughout the process, she was always on hand if we had any questions (and believe me there was a few) even though she was new to the role and took it all in her stride. Her and Kerry kept our day running so smoothly and kept us informed throughout, we really couldn’t have done it without them and are so grateful! Oliver who hosted us for our menu tasting, the pre wedding dinner and breakfast is the most incredible character and a true asset to Oulton. They really pulled off the most perfect and magical day for us and we will forever look back at the photos with such fond memories! Thank you to Bryony, Kerry, Oliver and all the Oulton Team! -

We had our wedding day at Oulton Hall on Friday 2nd October 2026 and it was everything we wanted and more. Throughout the planning, Bryony was amazing, no question was too small or silly and we were made to feel special throughout the planning process, with regular check ins. On the day Bryony, Kerry & Antonia were all fabulous. All our decor was set up perfectly and nothing was too much to ask. Even the little touches such as my husband doesnt drink beer or wine, so he had an ice bucket of Koppaberg ciders set up next to him in the wedding breakfast, and a portion of the canapes set aside for us in the drinks reception, to ensure we got some. Little touches like that are what really made the day extra special. All our guests have commented on how beautiful the day was and we've been told that the food was the best wedding food they'd ever had! Overall, I cannot thank all the staff enough for making our day everything and more. I highly recommend Oulton Hall for anyones Wedding Day, a beautiful venue with lovely staff who can't do enough for you! -

Lovely weeding.
Overall, our wedding went very well, and we would like to sincerely thank you our wedding coordinator Bryony for all her help with organising and planning our special day.
We really appreciated your quick responses whenever we had questions and the professional manner in which you dealt with our enquiries. We also particularly appreciated you arranging for my mum and me to use the spa facilities before the wedding.
We would also like to express our sincere appreciation to Antonia, who worked incredibly hard on our wedding day. We would also like to thank Carlos, who was very helpful and supportive throughout the day. Our thanks also go to all the staff who were on duty and contributed to making our wedding day special and memorable.

Book with oulton hall!
Our wedding at Oulton hall was beautiful and everything i had imagined it would be. The room itself looked amazing, thanks to hayley and louise from petalsbylouise and ambience styling who i couldn’t recommend enough 🥰 Our wedding coordinators byrony and tony were always around and made the rest of the day run smoothly. We got married in August so it was very hot but it was a beautiful day for it. I couldn’t recommend getting getting married here enough. Especially in the repton room and suite which are both beautiful rooms. If you haven’t already, book a viewing here! you won’t regret it. -

Oulton hall is a beautiful venue and would recommend to anybody getting married, Everything was kept under budget, they accommodated every change I made even down to the day before the wedding nothing was a problem and our wedding planner Bryony went above and beyond to make sure we had an amazing day, the service from start to finish was phenomenal and they really did make it the most perfect day ever. Every person that attended complimented the grounds/venue/service. To any future brides this is one you have to take time to go see💕 -

The most memorable wedding day

Overall we had a very pleasant experience with Rosie and Tim and the other staff both before our wedding and on the day itself. Rosie took on our wedding mid way through plans as a previous event planner retired. Myself and my hubby met her twice to discuss details and aside from being a lovely woman she was professional and met all of our needs. Whilst she didn’t work the event the day of our wedding she still turned up to see me off to the ceremony. (Despite being unwell).
There was 2 ‘negative’ points.
One being the pricing. We ended up having to pay more than I initially thought for each guest as the breakdown on the contract, in my opinion, was misleading/unclear.
There was also issues with the microphone on the day of the wedding, meaning those who were giving a speech had to stop and start numerous times as the speaker connected to the microphone didn’t work consistently.
Unfortunately technical issues can occur so it was through no fault of any staff member and it was addressed to our satisfaction.
From the venue, and the food to the assistance and flexibility of the staff we are more than happy to recommend the Oulton Hall Hotel as an ideal venue for your special day and have no doubt that the team will meet all your needs!!!

Fantastic wedding at Oulton Hall, Leeds 7.6.25
We had the most amazing wedding day at Oulton Hall, everything was just so perfect!
The venue is absolutely beautiful, food was excellent and the staff were so professional. We didn’t have to worry about anything on the day as the staff took care of every detail.
Rosie Midgley was brilliant with the planning in the buildup to the wedding. She kept us informed along the way and was extremely helpful.
Antonia Harris looked after us on the day and night and was absolutely amazing. Everything went so smoothly and to plan, it could not have gone any better. Nothing was too much trouble for Antonia and she went above and beyond to ensure our day was special.
All of our guests are still talking about our day today and said it was the best wedding they had ever been to.
Both Rosie and Antonia deserve some recognition, they are a credit to Oulton Hall. I would definitely recommend Oulton Hall as a wedding venue. We will be back there to celebrate our first anniversary.

Thank you to Oulton Hall for fabulous service before and during our wedding!
We approached Oulton Hall for our wedding because we knew they had the facilities for us to bring our own kosher caterer. In the planning stages, their wedding coordinators Caroline and Rosie were excellent in terms of professionalism, responsiveness and passion for their role. The bridal suite was exquisite and suitable for the whole bridal party to stay in the night before. Plenty of space for the hair and make up artists. Antonia helped us on our wedding day and was great and tying everything together. Thanks for a great service!
