The most memorable wedding day
Oulton Hall was the ideal venue for our wedding day. The whole team did everything they could to ensure our day was perfect and we can’t thank them enough!!! -

Overall we had a very pleasant experience with Rosie and Tim and the other staff both before our wedding and on the day itself. Rosie took on our wedding mid way through plans as a previous event planner retired. Myself and my hubby met her twice to discuss details and aside from being a lovely woman she was professional and met all of our needs. Whilst she didn’t work the event the day of our wedding she still turned up to see me off to the ceremony. (Despite being unwell).
There was 2 ‘negative’ points.
One being the pricing. We ended up having to pay more than I initially thought for each guest as the breakdown on the contract, in my opinion, was misleading/unclear.
There was also issues with the microphone on the day of the wedding, meaning those who were giving a speech had to stop and start numerous times as the speaker connected to the microphone didn’t work consistently.
Unfortunately technical issues can occur so it was through no fault of any staff member and it was addressed to our satisfaction.
From the venue, and the food to the assistance and flexibility of the staff we are more than happy to recommend the Oulton Hall Hotel as an ideal venue for your special day and have no doubt that the team will meet all your needs!!!

Fantastic wedding at Oulton Hall, Leeds 7.6.25
We had the most amazing wedding day at Oulton Hall, everything was just so perfect!
The venue is absolutely beautiful, food was excellent and the staff were so professional. We didn’t have to worry about anything on the day as the staff took care of every detail.
Rosie Midgley was brilliant with the planning in the buildup to the wedding. She kept us informed along the way and was extremely helpful.
Antonia Harris looked after us on the day and night and was absolutely amazing. Everything went so smoothly and to plan, it could not have gone any better. Nothing was too much trouble for Antonia and she went above and beyond to ensure our day was special.
All of our guests are still talking about our day today and said it was the best wedding they had ever been to.
Both Rosie and Antonia deserve some recognition, they are a credit to Oulton Hall. I would definitely recommend Oulton Hall as a wedding venue. We will be back there to celebrate our first anniversary.

Thank you to Oulton Hall for fabulous service before and during our wedding!
We approached Oulton Hall for our wedding because we knew they had the facilities for us to bring our own kosher caterer. In the planning stages, their wedding coordinators Caroline and Rosie were excellent in terms of professionalism, responsiveness and passion for their role. The bridal suite was exquisite and suitable for the whole bridal party to stay in the night before. Plenty of space for the hair and make up artists. Antonia helped us on our wedding day and was great and tying everything together. Thanks for a great service!

I had the most magical dream wedding at Oulton Hall
I can’t recommend the staff at Oulton Hall enough, Caroline, Toni and the rest of the staff were incredible from start to finish. They made everything so easy and ultimately we had the most perfect wedding day, Oulton Hall is stunning! 5* isn’t even enough 10* from me!!🤩 -

The wedding we both dreamed of, and Oulton hall made that come true. From start to finish we could not of asked for more, Caroline helped us every single step of the way by giving advice to made the day as perfect as it was. Her constant emails and keeping us up to date and getting everything planned was phenomenal. We could not thank her enough for making our day as special as it was. What I asked for is what I got a beyond. We were very very lucky to be able to get married outside this year in July due to the English weather we did not expect this to actually happen. I really can not put into words how perfect the day was, the comments I’ve got from family and friends saying how perfect the day and venue was definitely a wedding to remember. The grounds, the hall, just everything is perfect. Laura ran the day and again just perfect could not of asked for more. A huge thank you to all at Oulton hall for making our day the best day of our lives. Now we have a little boy on the way! The perfect year. Xxxx -

Best decision we made!!
Wow I don't even know where to start!!! Every single thing on our wedding day was absolute perfection; everything went perfectly to plan, the staff were amazing, the food was perfect, the venue looked wonderful, our stay was exceptional!!
We had the best experience the whole way through our planning process and on the wedding day, I can't express how amazing it all was. We had so many compliments on the venue and day as a whole.
Caroline, our wedding coordinator, was incredible the whole way through and we appreciate how smooth and easy the build-up process was. We were confident that everything was in hand and went into the wedding with no worries or concern about the venue. We really couldn't have been happier.
I'd also like to mention Briony and Yousef as well. Both of them went out of their way to help us and our guests. Yousef even helped my celebrant/friend practice before the ceremony.
Amazing value for money when you consider how beautiful the venue is and how perfectly things went, we'd do it all again! -

I would like to send our sincere gratitude to all the team that have worked on our wedding on Saturday 12th February. The day was so amazing - we couldn't have asked for anything more. Everything we had asked for and planned was put in place. The team worked very hard to create a perfect day for us - absolutely faultless! A special mention for Caroline, Patrick and Mark who have been brilliant throughout our wedding planning process and our wedding weekend. Thank you so much!
