At the foot of the Tuscan-Romagna Apennines, amidst wide valleys and ancient forests, stands a square-plan villa surrounded by vineyards. Built by the Albicini Marquises in 1731, it is known by some as Pandolfa, Villa degli Spiriti, or the House of 100 Windows.
But for everyone, now, it's La Pandolfa.
An authentic place, where history, beauty, and nature blend amid the scents of wine and wildflowers.
The villa offers ample space both inside and out. The large area at the foot of the monumental staircase, the Italian garden, and the magnolia park are the perfect setting for receptions.
The main floor, with the Salone del Carducci and three adjoining rooms, can accommodate up to 180 people. The rooms on the first floor, embellished with stucco decorations and frescoed vaults, create an intimate and welcoming atmosphere, ideal for hosting up to 120 people.
The couple will be able to stay in the historic suite where Giosuè Carducci once lived, today transformed into a refined bridal chamber.
During the summer, the pool area, surrounded by green vines, is also open to guests. The estate also features the historic cellar, where the house wines are produced, and two farmhouses available for guest use.
La Pandolfa is the ideal location for a wedding immersed in nature, in a villa rich in history and rare authenticity.
