We recently celebrated the wedding of my stepdaughter Abbey and James at Tenuta dei Mori, and I can honestly say it was an unforgettable experience! From the moment we arrived, the enchanting atmosphere captivated us and all our guests who traveled from the UK to share the special day. The venue is nestled amidst lush greenery in the hills of the Perugia area providing a picturesque backdrop that feels both very elegant and intimate. The ceremony space, with its beautiful arbor and draping floral arrangements by Cristina was stunning and set the perfect tone for the event. Andrea and his staff were exceptional throughout the whole stay (we spent 5 days at the venue) and every detail was meticulously managed, from the warm welcome to the seamless coordination throughout the wedding day. The menu designed by Antonio was another highlight, with a delectable menu that catered to every palate. Guests raved about the flavorful dishes and beautiful presentation. Moreover, the indoor reception area is both spacious and charming, adorned with twinkling lights and rustic decor that create a romantic ambiance, and overlooking a beautiful landscape that takes your breath away! The dance floor was a hit, providing ample space for guests to celebrate. In short, La Tenuta dei Mori is a dream wedding venue, combining natural beauty with excellent service. I highly recommend this venue to any couple looking to make their special day truly magical!

Il Palazzo turned out to be a hidden gem within the rolling hills of Tuscany. My (then) fiance and I went to many properties in the Tuscan region to scope out potential wedding venues. We easily settled into an agreement on Il Palazzo. 1. The people: it is a family run estate that really foster the culture of family. Laura was an amazing partner to all of our visits (3) leading up to the wedding and all of our wedding festivities (spanning 4 days, across countries, over the course of 18 months). She is responsive, thoughtful, genuine, and great at her job. The owner, his wife, and son were all wonderful and hospitable. We might not have spoken the same language, but the care was universally understood. 2. The staff: from the head chef to the waiters to the managers and the owners, every single person in the staff is well hearted and does their best. They are sincere in their hospitality and try to make your stay and event special. Even going beyond their comfort zones - Nicolai hand crafted our cake as as how for our wedding. 3. The venue: The photos don't do it justice. It's a mini community built into the estate with winding rows of olive trees, grape trees, and a little town of homes. We rented the full space and it truly felt like a village of our people. As you walk around from garden to pool to breakfast, you run into friends and family. Can pop down on chairs and tables to share time over coffee. I can't wait to plan a future event here. Weather that be vow renewals, a vacation, a friend's escape, or another reason I can think up of to visit this place - i am excited and know that I am truly in great hands.
