We chose this beautiful Tuscan stone villa as the setting for our wedding. The grounds were stunning with vibrant gardens with flowers in full bloom, and charming water fountains that created an unforgettable, romantic atmosphere.
The location was perfect: close to Cortona, right on the border of Umbria and Tuscany, and only around 40 minutes from Perugia airport and offered a balance of tranquillity and convenience for us and our guests. The accommodation was ideal for a wedding party, comfortably hosting up to 20 people overnight. There are three apartments on the property, each with its own kitchen. Each room had access to their own WC giving guests plenty of space and independence. In addition, there is a separate building with a large communal kitchen, which our caterers used. Plenty of available parking on site.
The pool was large, immaculate, and surrounded by plenty of sunbeds. It was well used throughout the weekend by guests.
There was also a the side building attached to the outhouse, fitted with retractable sides. It created the perfect space for our evening party, where we hosted a live band and danced the night away.
Our host was fantastic, friendly, and responsive. They put us in touch with reliable local taxis and always replied promptly. This villa is perfect for a wedding. Beautiful surroundings, excellent facilities, and outstanding hospitality. We would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a magical Tuscan venue.

We are more than happy that we chose Villa Nobile as the place for our wedding with 45 guests. From the very beginning, we felt that we had made exactly the right decision. The villa itself is stunning, the garden and pool create an incredible atmosphere, and the separate kitchen was perfect for our celebration. The buffet and dinner in front of the villa on our event day were outstanding – all of our guests were absolutely delighted. This was not about an Instagram-style, staged event or an overproduced party – instead, the entire atmosphere felt authentic and the hospitality together created what we can only be described as pure Tuscan spirit.

A very special thank you goes to Genaro. Communication in the lead-up to the wedding was smooth, relaxed, and always warm. He immediately made us feel that we were in the right place. On-site, he did everything possible to accommodate our wishes and gave us great recommendations. At the same time, he was honest when certain ideas in our plan would not work well and helped us improve them together. That combination of openness and experience made a huge difference for us.

It is immediately clear that Genaro does not see this as just a business. He truly does it for the love of the game – for hosting events, for his family’s villa, and for creating unforgettable moments for people. You can feel this dedication in every detail.
