The heart of the Estate is represented by the main villa built in the 1400s by the Cherici Mascagni Family, who still owns it today. The interior of the villa is still furnished with period furniture and is surrounded outside by a large Italian garden, designed by a landscape architect of the time. The garden is enriched with fragrant cypress trees, hydrangeas, antique roses, and geometrically sculpted box hedges. The whole is adorned with a stone staircase, embellished with terracotta statues, leading to the upper part of the garden where there is a large pergola rich with jasmine and light draperies, perfect for making your event romantic and fairytale-like.

Opposite the main villa stands a building from the early 1600s, completely renovated, consisting of 7 rooms, including a panoramic bridal suite. This building is dedicated to guest accommodation.
