We held our wedding reception at Kingswood arts in May. The venue is incredible and so close to central. The staff and suppliers were so accommodating - just fantastic and all worked so well together. We made the best decision! Thank you Kingswood arts CIC :)

My wedding was an unforgettable experience from the moment I enquired with Guillaume, to tours with Dickson, virtual and in person function sheet meetings with Lucia, and on the day co-ordination with their amazing team front of house and back of house. I got married in April and it took me a while to give a review as I needed it to be one that is feedback for the venue but also a true insight as to how they can make your dream wedding come true too. As someone who works in events myself, I approached planning my own wedding with a fair share of high expectations and, truthfully, a few reservations. I know how much can go wrong behind the scenes—and how crucial it is to have a reliable, detail-oriented team guiding the day. From the very first meeting the team at Kingswood put all my concerns at ease by being responsive and accommodating.

In the lead-up to the wedding, their communication was clear, professional, and always reassuring. Every question I had—no matter how small—was met with patience and expertise. It became quickly apparent that our coordinator not only understood the logistics of a well-run event but also genuinely cared about making our day personal, meaningful, and stress-free.

On the day itself, I can honestly say I was able to be fully present—something I didn’t think would be possible. I wasn’t worrying about timing, suppliers, or last-minute details. I knew everything was in capable hands. Our coordinators Lucia, Dickson and all supporting staff was calm, composed, and always one step ahead—handling things quietly and efficiently in the background so that everything appeared seamless to us and our guests.

The wider team at Kingswood were equally impressive. Every single member we interacted with was warm, professional, and committed to delivering an exceptional experience. From the beautifully set-up ceremony space to the flawless transitions throughout the day, it was all executed with care and precision. One example of something that may seem small but was very significant to me was that I had numerous cakes and a staff member was able to cut it all and help with distributing it without hesitation.

Our wedding day was, in a word, perfect—and that’s not something I say lightly. So much of that is due to the effort, attention to detail, and genuine passion of the Kingswood team, especially our coordinator. I’ve rarely seen such a high level of service matched with such kindness and dedication.

To anyone considering Kingswood for your special day: you are in exceptionally good hands. I would trust them again in a heartbeat, and I say that both as a bride and as someone who works in the industry.

Fantastic Venue & Fantastic Staff!

I got married at Kingswood Arts on 19th August 2023 after 1st booking the venue in January 2023. I just wanted to say from start to finish it was an absolute pleasure to plan my wedding at this venue. Thank you so much to Nikolas for going above and beyond from the beginning and helping us with any requests we had. It was easy to coordinate visits to the venue and Nikolas was always on hand to answer any questions. It is obvious to see that he cares about the weddings that he coordinates. Adenife, Jack and the wider team also thank you so much for your help with logistics as we got closer to the day and on the day itself! We really appreciate it. All of guests had an incredible time and raved about how gorgeous the venue is inside and out. Highly recommend!!
