Where do I start with Olivia?! From the moment I met her, I knew she was the one for me. We laughed, we cried, and we swapped life stories. She was so so easy to work with, mainly because this doesn’t feel like work for Olivia! She brings such warmth and genuine care to her role. We had a small wedding, with a few quirks such as step parenting vows and half the guests live streaming in Australia…and Olivia pitched it all perfectly. Everyone is still talking about how brilliant she was! I’m going to have to have a baby now just to hire her again…😂

Every interaction we had with Olivia in the two years of planning our wedding was pure joy. She did the most wonderful job of bringing our little love story to life in a way that was so personal and extremely entertaining for our guests. It was a million degrees hot on our wedding day but she kept us so cool, calm and collected. We loved her so much we asked her to stay all day and be our coordinator. All our guests commented how much fun she was to have around. She just felt like another member of the family (as evidenced by the photobooth photo we forced her to take with us!)

Olivia was just a dream start to finish. She listened and just got us from the first zoom call we had. There were no pre-assumptions of what we wanted or would do, she picked up on our personalities, values and wishes for the day and created something that seamlessly fit. She hit the sweet spot we were hoping for with a balance between hilarious, laid back, sweet and romantic and just a really meaningful moment about our love and relationship.
She just wanted to share in our love and the excitement of our plans, whilst also being helpful and giving guidance when we asked for it in the lead up to our day. She even helped pick songs for ceremony.
Olivia’s character meant she honestly felt like we’d known her as a dear friend for ages by the time our day came around.
Having a celebrant ceremony was one of the things I’m most glad we did (we have a private legal 5 minutes inside with witnesses before Olivia’s ceremony outside). It is such a fun way to include guests in the fun and spirit of your relationship to set the tone for the wedding and have be far more interesting and engaging for guests than the traditional legal part. And I wouldn’t pick anyone besides Olivia now having had her. Was total accident I found her on Hitched.

Literally all our wedding guests were raving about her as soon as they got out of their seats. And I’ve had guests ask me for her details to do their weddings next year!
My only regret is I didn’t hired her to be my coordinator too.

Olivia is an incredible celebrant who you will feel so smug after booking, as she's just amazing! She was brilliant in the lead up to the wedding, arranging calls and a f2f meeting to understand us and the vibe we wanted to bring to the wedding. She had me tearing up at the most unexpected parts and beaming with joy alongside her delivery.
So many guests commented on how it was genuinely the best ceremony they'd ever been to (even the really brutally honest ones who you know wouldn't say anything at all if it weren't true). Stop debating it and book her now!!! Before she's booked up by me again for every event I absolutely need her at in future.

Where to start?! From the moment we first spoke to Olivia on Zoom, about 18 months before our wedding, she has been such a joy to work with.

Olivia really took the time to get to know Jamie and I before writing our ceremony. When we read it for the first time we felt like it must have been written by one of our closest friends! She really captured our relationship and our story.

Fast forward to our wedding day! The ceremony was mine and Jamie’s absolute favourite part of the day. It was a celebration of our story and our love, and every single one of our guests agreed. The amount of people who came up to me and said it was the best wedding ceremony that had been to was truly amazing.

Olivia was brilliant from start to finish. Her enthusiasm and fun was infectious, both in the planning process and during the ceremony itself. Many people have said to us how much they enjoyed the service - how personal, funny and touching it was. By the end of the drinks reception half the congregation seemed to have signed Olivia up to do their weddings/funerals/birthdays! We can't recommend her highly enough for your big day!

We feel so lucky to have found Olivia to act as our celebrant for our wedding in July 2022. Olivia set the tone of the whole day for us and our guests, and we couldn't have found anyone who better embodied the happy, fun and slightly quirky atmosphere we wanted to create in our festival-inspired wedding at home! She also acted as on-the-day coordinator, and dealt with whatever was thrown at her with aplomb, including a last-minute panic when important guests missed their taxi to the venue and timings had to be revised! The wedding ceremony was so special to both of us, and most of that was down to Olivia's guidance and brilliant (and funny) leading of the ceremony. Sally and I needed a Celebrant for our 25th wedding anniversary/vow renewal and had Olivia recommend to us by our venue’s event manager. It was the perfect match.

We wanted someone who shared our desire to be fun and informal, and we lucked out with Olivia.

All of our meetings prior to the event were done over Zoom, which saved so much travel time and were just as effective as meeting face-to-face. Olivia’s personality shines through immediately, and we were quickly chatting like old friends.

The whole process of creating the ceremony was made really easy by Olivia’s structured approach and questions, and she was a big help working with Sally to write her vows. Her speech about us at the beginning of the vow renewal, hit the perfect, informal tone and kicked the event off beautifully.

If any more proof were needed that she was our ideal Celebrant, during our final Zoom call I asked Olivia if she wanted to hear the song we were walking in to. She said, “It’s not going to make me cry is it?” to which I replied, “I don’t think so.” Her reaction when I played Your My Best Friend by Queen was priceless. “This is mine and my Mum’s favourite song!” she shouted. It was clearly meant to be.

We had a vision when we began our wedding preparations, but 2020 and life had a different idea for us. Up until literally a month before our wedding, we had planned for a close friend to be our celebrant, but unfortunately life threw them a curveball. Our wedding planner was quick to recommend Olivia, saying she would suit our personalities and the vibe we were after.
And let us tell you, because we cannot stress enough, how absolutely amazing Olivia turned out to be. She made our ceremony PERFECT. It was everything we hoped for, lighthearted and fun, but also sincere and personal. We were so nervous about being up there, but she made us feel comfortable. She brought tears to all of our eyes while simultaneously making us laugh. Every single one of our guests spoke about how brilliant she was. She even reached out to our close friend who could not attend, in order to include his words in our ceremony. She was above and beyond our expectations, and I highly recommend Olivia to anyone. She will make your ceremony feel so incredibly special and one of the highlights of your day.

Olivia was a delight from start to finish. Charming, hilarious, poignant, thoughtful, camping and dependable are but a few adjectives that come to mind. She really did go above and beyond in crafting our wedding ceremony and making the whole process of working with her such a pleasure. When planning our wedding we were certain we wanted our ceremony to be celebrant led. We didn't want any stuffiness or formality and more of a relaxed, personable and fun affair and boy did we get that with Olivia!
