September 2024 Wedding

The Hampton Court wedding team truly exceeded all expectations for our September 2024 wedding. They were extremely helpful with their suggestions, and super prompt in responding to our many questions. On the day they were on hand to ensure everything ran totally seamlessly - Lydia, Rob and Izzy were all incredible to work with. The venue is as wonderful as it looks. The rooms are all incredible to stay in and our guests delighted at the chance to stay in a castle. We used the gardens for our photos and they looked really wonderful. The catering and bar staff were extremely helpful and all the food was terrific. We chose to have a cocktail hour after the wedding breakfast which looked and tasted amazing. The venue also has a lot of great features such as their postbox for cards, easels for wedding signs and of course the sword for cutting the cake!
The group breakfast the following morning with all our guests was really special and an amazing opportunity to debrief on all the previous day's events!

Best day of our lives!

The most beautiful setting for our special day. From the moment I set eyes on the castle at our first viewing, I knew it would be the perfect venue for our wedding and we booked it almost straight away. Rob was so helpful when showing us around and Lydia was so helpful in our planning meeting and at our food tasting.

Rob and Lydia both made our day absolutely perfect. They were so helpful from start to finish. The whole day felt like a dream. Everything ran seamlessly thanks to them. I don’t have a single complaint! We felt like royalty all day!

The food was incredible! The best I’ve ever had at a wedding. The canapés were delicious, and there was more than enough for all our guests to enjoy. The wedding breakfast was amazing and the hog roast on the evening was just as good. No one went hungry and everyone was so happy with the food.

All the staff working the day of the wedding were so attentive and helped the make our day perfect. Thank you so much to everyone at Hampton Castle for making our dreams of a fairytale wedding come true.

Our Wedding Day 18th March 2026

We cannot recommend Hampton Court Castle enough! From the very start, our wedding planners, Rob and Lydia, made us feel completely at ease. Their professionalism was evident from our first visit — showing us around the venue, talking through how our magical day would come to life, and never making us feel pressured to make a decision. They broke down costs clearly, explained exactly what we would get, and even allowed us to book extra viewings, although we had already made up our minds!

Throughout the planning process, their guidance was invaluable. Meetings were thorough and informative, detailing every aspect of the day and providing contacts for suppliers who know the venue inside out. We chose to stay in the beautiful rooms on site, which our guests absolutely loved. Knowing Rob and Lydia were just a phone call away for any concerns was incredibly reassuring.

On the day, everything ran like clockwork thanks to their meticulous planning and the spectacular venue itself. It truly was a dream come true — exactly as magical as we had imagined. Hampton Court Castle, along with Rob and Lydia, made our wedding seamless, unforgettable, and perfect in every way.

Our Dream Wedding

It was a perfect day for us. The castle is beautiful, the food fantastic and all the staff are lovely and really helpful. It was a dream come true. Highly recommend.

Stunning venue ; Excellent services

We got married at this stunning venue and all the managers (Rob , Izzy, Lydia) were super helpful. The catering team was very attentive and food was delicious . Highly appreciate all the help from the staff there in making our day so special . Thanks a lot,

Greatest weekend of our lives !

The Hampton Court Castle team , venue, food, wine and suppliers are all absolutely wonderful.

Our guests were wowed by the beautiful castle, but for us - it was the staff that made the day.

We didn't need to think of anything, the day just flowed perfectly. The staff were so helpful to our international guests and all of our suppliers.

We were recommended a brilliant piano player (Robbie Roberts), lovely florist, great DJ, and fantastic (really fantastic) photographer (Jarek).

WOW.

What an extraordinary venue and an exceptional team, well worth it.

Could not have had a better wedding weekend back in October, we will never forget it.
Special thanks to Rob, Lydia and not forgetting Issy who carried my flowers and veil around the entire grounds for our photos! You guys were the best.

Nothing was too big of an ask, every need was met without question!

Amazing day

The whole weekend was absolutely amazing. Staff were so helpful at every step and it was a weekend we will never forget. All our guests were blown away by the venue and all had a great time. The venue is absolutely stunning and we were so grateful the whole day went so smoothly - the staff co ordinated really well with all the suppliers. Catering was really good for the wedding day.

Our very own fairytale wedding

Prior to picking Hampton Court Castle we had seen a number of venues but hadn't found the one. We decided to visit Hampton Court as a last minute option, but were amazed as we drove down towards the castle and throughout the visit as it was absolutely breathtaking.

Lydia and Rob were fantastic throughout the planning stages. They were both very attentive to detail, responsive and flexible to meet our needs.
During our whole wedding weekend both Lydia and Rob were so helpful to us and our guests. Nothing was ever too much. The food all weekend was fantastic.
Our guests absolutely loved it and still tell us how beautiful the venue was.
We had the most incredible and beautiful wedding at the castle.

A dream wedding

We had the most incredible wedding at the castle. Our wedding planner was Rob and he was brilliant with us from start to finish, responding extremely quickly to every little question we had (and there were a lot). The venue is incredible and a dream place for a wedding. The guests were all blown away and said they had never been to a wedding like it before. Everything ran smoothly from start to finish thanks to Rob and the team.
