Whether you are planning a big, extravagant wedding or a more intimate celebration, Goldsborough Hall offers a unique and unforgettable venue for your big day.
The Hall stands in 12 acres of perfectly landscaped gardens with stunning views of the surrounding parkland. This historic 17th-century building, once home to HRH Princess Mary in the 1920s, and its idyllic setting make the perfect backdrop for your big day. Goldsborough Hall is licensed to hold civil marriages and partnerships and our award winning chef will provide exceptional, delicious dishes for your wedding breakfast.
When you hold your wedding at Goldsborough Hall, the venue and its grounds are available on an exclusive basis, meaning there will be no interruptions and you will have the full attention of their dedicated team. The newly built Orangery, oak-panelled Jacobean library, Drawing Room and Dining Rooms, designed by Robert Adams are all included in the venue hire. For larger weddings a marquee may be joined to the hall, which can accommodate 250 guests.
Next door St Mary’s Church has a private entrance to the grounds of the Hall and is the ideal setting for a church wedding before a reception at Goldsborough.
And so that you and your guests can spend the night in the home of a former princess, there are 12 luxury 5* suites and rooms in the Hall and in the newly refurbished Dower House.
