The best decision we ever made

Organising a big Indian wedding is exhausting, stressful and feels impossible, however choosing EastHampstead park to host our ceremony and reception was the best thing we ever did.

The venue could accommodate space for all our guests, as well as comfortable rooms and lovely dining/ green space for those to enjoy the grounds in their free time between events too.

The hotel and grounds are beautiful and photos do not do them justice. The kings suite is perfect for big reception parties! The walk up to the kings suite in the flexitent is a nice touch in the evenings too as it is lit up beautifully and adds that extra touch!

The long drive up to the main hotel mansion is unbelievable and all our family and friends were as excited as us the moment they saw the venue.

The best part out of the venue was working with Prasitha! She went above and beyond for us during the wedding planning to ensure we had everything (and more) that we needed. She never made our crazy requests feel too much and she was just a pleasure to work with. As happy as we are to have had the most amazing day of our lives, we were very sad to know we were no longer planning it with Prasitha anymore.

I would highly recommend working with her again and would not hesitate to book this venue.

Dream Wedding Venue

Our wedding at Easthampstead Park was nothing short of perfect! The venue and hotel are absolutely stunning, from the beautifully maintained grounds to the elegant interiors, everything felt magical. The facilities are top-notch, making it an ideal place for both the ceremony and stay. Our guests couldn’t stop praising the venue and event execution.

A special mention goes to Prasitha Sridhar, who managed everything flawlessly and was an absolute joy to work with. Her professionalism, warmth, and attention to detail made the whole planning process stress-free.

Highly recommended for anyone looking for a dream wedding location!

A perfect wedding

My (now) husband and I got married here in July this year, and what an absolutely wonderful day it was!
The team were brilliant, especially our wedding planner Lili. The value for money was unmatched from what we found when researching around the area too.

On the day itself, we received countless compliments from our guests about how stunning Easthampstead is — and we couldn’t agree more. The grounds are beautiful, offering endless opportunities for photos and plenty of space for guests to explore and enjoy.

Best day ever!

This venue is beyond amazing; the building, the grounds, food, drinks, service and even the beds (had a lot of people tell me it was the comfiest bed they have ever slept in).
We can't fault the service provided by the staff on the night, espically the car staff who went above and beyond for us and our guests!
Lili has been 100% on the ball with our plans and vision from when we started this journey 2 years ago. Herself and the events team are very responsive on everything we have asked and been flexible with changes where needed. It made planning a wedding quite easy.
Thank you so much to everyone at Eastampstead for making our day perfect. I can't wait to come back

Perfect Day

We fell in love with Easthampstead Park the moment that we visited it for our first tour. With many of our family from out-of-town, it was perfectly situated between multiple train stations (Reading/Bracknell), just off the M4 and had plenty of rooms for our guests to stay over. An outdoor wedding wasn’t our original idea, but the beautiful gardens setup a scenic spot for our special day celebrating with friends and family. And if the location and venue weren’t enough, we have to talk about the staff. Lili and the team were absolutely phenomenal, with us every step of the way to make sure that every single detail went well and as planned. From detailed logistics of changeovers, through to Patrick as our MC, through to Lili, Riley and team looking after ourselves and the wedding party throughout the day. The food was gorgeous and some of our guests said it was the best food they have had at wedding. The venue and the team really made our day special, and we couldn’t recommend them highly enough – Thank you!

Simply perfect wedding

From the first consultation we knew this was the venue for us. The team are incredible and nothing was too much. The hotel is beautiful and we could not fault our day or experience

Devastated - please read

Review was deleted by venue -
We got married at Easthampstead Park recently and despite over a year of detailed planning and clear communication, our wedding day was (from the venue) nothing short of a nightmare. For a venue that sells itself as a premium wedding location, it was as if they had never held a function before.
From start to finish, there were repeated failures - décor and signage we’d supplied and paid for left in storage or damaged, a ceremony setup with not enough chairs, guest tables were in the wrong places including the seats (despite having the table plans), delays of over 1.5 hours before the wedding breakfast as the room was not set up, and key members of staff either unavailable or unaware of what was happening. Sadly, this is just a handful of failures we experienced on the day.
After raising all of these issues in writing and attending a 2.5 hour meeting with the operations manager, although he was apologetic, he was unable to provide any reasoning or excuse for all of the issues that occurred. Everything was simply down to poor planning, and negligence.
What made the situation even worse was how dismissive and unprofessional the senior manager was when we spoke with him directly regarding compensation. At a time when we were still extremely upset and looking for understanding - his attitude was abrupt, defensive, and had no genuine empathy. Although compensation would not turn back the time, it was his lack of professionalism and sensitivity that left us feeling totally deflated. What should have been a fair resolution instead felt like we were being backed into a corner which was a deeply upsetting end to what was already an incredibly disappointing experience.
I wouldn’t want any other couple to experience the distress and heartache that we did. Please think twice before booking your wedding here. The venue itself may be beautiful, but the service, management, and accountability fell far below expectations, and it is not worth gambling your wedding day on like we did.

We are sorry that aspects of your day did not meet your expectations. Following a full review, including CCTV and staff statements, we can confirm that the wedding breakfast did run behind schedule, though not to the extent suggested. This was communicated to you on the day, and a substantial refund was offered in recognition of the inconvenience. All items you supplied were stored safely, remained undamaged, and were available for collection the following day.

Throughout the event, our staff were present and fully engaged, with senior management overseeing operations to ensure the celebration ran as smoothly as possible. Unfortunately, several team members experienced verbal abuse, aggressive gestures, and inappropriate behaviour. This conduct was entirely unacceptable, placed our staff under significant distress, and led to some members leaving the business. While the situation could have been escalated to the authorities, we chose to resolve the matter professionally onsite.

Our senior management team acted professionally and respectfully at all times. They were not abrupt or dismissive; their approach was to protect staff, ensure fairness, and manage reasonable expectations, rather than agree to an unreasonable refund request. We take this feedback very seriously, especially as we have hosted over 100 weddings and this is the first time we have received a negative review. While we regret any inconvenience or distress caused, the venue delivered the core services of the day, and we remain committed to learning from all feedback and ensuring that both guests and staff are treated with respect and professionalism.

The most unforgettable day

Lili and the team at Easthampstead park were faultless throughout the whole process!
We’re so grateful for Lili’s help and guidance when planning the wedding and the whole day ran seamlessly.
The quality of food and level of service at the wedding breakfast was impeccable! The evening team were also fab and so accommodating!
Absolutely perfect day and we cannot fault anything at all!!
Would definitely recommend this venue to anyone planning their big day 💕

Our Dream Wedding at Easthampstead ParK

We had our wedding at Easthampstead Park and it was everything we hoped for and more. The venue is absolutely beautiful, with gorgeous grounds and such a warm, welcoming atmosphere – it really set the perfect tone for our day.

A special mention has to go to Prasitha, who was just incredible throughout. She was so responsive in the lead-up, always happy to answer our questions, and on the day she made everything run so smoothly that we could just relax and enjoy ourselves. She honestly went above and beyond to make us feel looked after.

Our guests were blown away by the venue and we couldn’t be happier with the memories we’ve made here. We’d 100% recommend Easthampstead Park to any couple planning their big day.

Stunning Venue

When we were searching venues online, Easthampstead kept coming up so we thought let’s go have a look. Instantly we were blown away away by how stunning the venue was, getting married outside was what we wanted and the space they have outside meant we could be in front of our guests but not right on top of them! The grounds and spaces they have are amazing and the coordinators and venue staff are always polite and helpful, can’t recommend the venue as a whole enough.
