Meera Sent on 17/04/2026Our Perfect Indian Wedding – Beautiful, Seamless & Unforgettable
We had our Indian wedding ceremony and reception at Easthampstead Park in August and it was honestly everything we could have hoped for and more.
The venue itself is absolutely stunning and created the perfect setting for our wedding. From the very beginning, the team were so professional, organised and incredibly supportive throughout the entire planning process.
A very special thank you to Prasitha, who was amazing to work with. Planning a larger wedding comes with a lot of moving parts, but she made everything feel so calm and manageable. She was always responsive, thoughtful, and paid such close attention to every detail. It really felt like she genuinely cared about making our day perfect, and nothing was ever too much trouble.
The bridal suite was also lovely and spacious, with a beautiful view overlooking the grounds — it made getting ready on the morning of the wedding feel even more special, calm and memorable.
On the day itself, everything ran so smoothly and seamlessly, which meant we could fully relax and just enjoy every moment. That feeling is honestly priceless, and something we’ll always be grateful for.
In terms of value for money, we truly felt the experience, service and overall standard of the venue absolutely justified it. The level of care and organisation made such a difference.
We’re so grateful to the entire team at Easthampstead Park for giving us such a special and unforgettable wedding day. We’ll always look back on it with the happiest memories, and we honestly can’t wait to come back and visit again.

Our wedding day was everything we could have ever dreamed of. From start to finish Lili and Hannah were both amazing and any little thing we needed or asked they came through and made sure there was no stress. Nothing was too much of an ask for them, and they truly made everything so easy.
We cannot thank the team there enough - Lili you were a dream to work with, even though you couldn’t be there on the actual day, everything in the lead up was spot on. Hannah you were amazing on the day, stepping in when you needed to, staying later for us even though you weren’t supposed to. It’s this kind of going over and above expectations that made our day one of a kind.

September Wedding at Easthampstead Park Hotel
Lili and the team at Easthampstead Park were amazing! Leading up to/organising the wedding Lili was so helpful, having never been married before I had no idea what to expect and what needed to be done and when. Lili talked me through everything from booking the venue right up to the very small details on the day. She was very accommodating on things we wanted to change last minute and ensured the day ran smoothly. To be honest on the day I didn’t have to think about anything, the team just did what they said they would and there were no hiccups. The best decision we ever made
Organising a big Indian wedding is exhausting, stressful and feels impossible, however choosing EastHampstead park to host our ceremony and reception was the best thing we ever did.
The venue could accommodate space for all our guests, as well as comfortable rooms and lovely dining/ green space for those to enjoy the grounds in their free time between events too.
The hotel and grounds are beautiful and photos do not do them justice. The kings suite is perfect for big reception parties! The walk up to the kings suite in the flexitent is a nice touch in the evenings too as it is lit up beautifully and adds that extra touch!
The long drive up to the main hotel mansion is unbelievable and all our family and friends were as excited as us the moment they saw the venue.
The best part out of the venue was working with Prasitha! She went above and beyond for us during the wedding planning to ensure we had everything (and more) that we needed. She never made our crazy requests feel too much and she was just a pleasure to work with. As happy as we are to have had the most amazing day of our lives, we were very sad to know we were no longer planning it with Prasitha anymore.

Our wedding at Easthampstead Park was nothing short of perfect! The venue and hotel are absolutely stunning, from the beautifully maintained grounds to the elegant interiors, everything felt magical. The facilities are top-notch, making it an ideal place for both the ceremony and stay. Our guests couldn’t stop praising the venue and event execution.

My (now) husband and I got married here in July this year, and what an absolutely wonderful day it was!
The team were brilliant, especially our wedding planner Lili. The value for money was unmatched from what we found when researching around the area too.
On the day itself, we received countless compliments from our guests about how stunning Easthampstead is — and we couldn’t agree more. The grounds are beautiful, offering endless opportunities for photos and plenty of space for guests to explore and enjoy.

Best day ever!
This venue is beyond amazing; the building, the grounds, food, drinks, service and even the beds (had a lot of people tell me it was the comfiest bed they have ever slept in).
We can't fault the service provided by the staff on the night, espically the car staff who went above and beyond for us and our guests!
Lili has been 100% on the ball with our plans and vision from when we started this journey 2 years ago. Herself and the events team are very responsive on everything we have asked and been flexible with changes where needed. It made planning a wedding quite easy.

We fell in love with Easthampstead Park the moment that we visited it for our first tour. With many of our family from out-of-town, it was perfectly situated between multiple train stations (Reading/Bracknell), just off the M4 and had plenty of rooms for our guests to stay over. An outdoor wedding wasn’t our original idea, but the beautiful gardens setup a scenic spot for our special day celebrating with friends and family. And if the location and venue weren’t enough, we have to talk about the staff. Lili and the team were absolutely phenomenal, with us every step of the way to make sure that every single detail went well and as planned. From detailed logistics of changeovers, through to Patrick as our MC, through to Lili, Riley and team looking after ourselves and the wedding party throughout the day. The food was gorgeous and some of our guests said it was the best food they have had at wedding. The venue and the team really made our day special, and we couldn’t recommend them highly enough – Thank you!
