  Lovely venue for an unforgetable event

  My wife and I actually discovered this gem of a venue by accident. We had searched fairly broadly and were despairing that we wouldn't be able to have the event when she drove by and saw it. It is a stunning venue. I found it a pleasure to work with their lead for our event (Lili). She was so helpful and responsive. We started the process fairly late, so there was a lot of pressure to get things right in a short time but she and her team made it work. When challenges came up (and they will when organising such an emotion laden event), the team was always looking for ways to make things work for us. For example, when we wanted a different menu (vs what has initially been discussed), she worked with the team to make it possible. And they still organised a tasting for us. Also, when we needed to move our ceremony indoors 30 minutes before start (some rain started to appear), they executed it swiftly and when I saw the room after it had been set up, I just was so thankful. In the end, we had a beautiful and happy event, every one had nice things to say about the venue and the team! Thank you Easthampstead team!

  Couldn’t have asked for more!

  We had our wedding back in May and honestly the day couldn’t have been more perfect. Our wedding coordinator Lili was everything and more, making the process as stress free as possible. Always on hand to answer any of my questions and arranging every last detail. Even calling Lili the day before the wedding and she accommodated some very last minute changes! I did a lot of DIY decor myself and leaving this in control of the venue to arrange on the day, they went beyond my expectations. The venue is stunning, the catering was incredible. We received so many compliments from our guests “best wedding ever”. If we could do it all again then we would.
  Honestly so perfect. Thank you to all the staff at Easthampstead Park for a day we will never forget.

  Most magical wedding day

  Absolutely loved my wedding day. The two wedding organisers that I worked with - Amy and Liliana were both amazing with all my requests, some last minute.
  A few things such as people’s meals were slightly messed up due to tables and people being in different places. They were so so quick to fix this and were professional in sorting this
  The welcome mirror wwwnt in the correct place but it wasnt the end of the world. Other than that it was truly perfect
  The hotel room decorated beautifully when we went back.
  Thank you so so much! It was better than we could have imagined

  Incredibly beautiful and wonderful wedding

  Easthampstead park was a dream venue that is amazingly gorgeous. The staff are very friendly and super helpful. We had Lili as our wedding coordinator who was brilliant. She is super easy to get along with, really does provide amazing support and works with the venue to make the perfect day for her couples. Would highly recommend her.
  
  They have a suppliers list which we used extensively and ended up be a great choice. The DJ list may need a bit of shake-up and better coordination on finishing times. We also highly recommend taking up the toastmaster who really does help make the day run smoothly.
  
  Lili is very flexible and always went above and beyond liaising with the management in trying to arrange things for us, but the venue and bar manager may need to be a bit more adaptable especially when your spending a fair bit on the day.
  
  Even thought there was a few hiccups, the day was amazing and one we will never forget.

  May Wedding

  Brilliant team and such a beautiful venue, all of our guests were commenting about how stunning the building and grounds are.
  Very friendly team on the bar and serving food. Our wedding coordinator made the morning run smoothly and handled the very quick change in weather and ceremony seating wonderfully. Provided us with a great list of recommended suppliers and we booked photography and hair and make up from that list and having their knowledge of the venue and each other really helped the runnings of the morning. Would choose Easthampstead again!

  Not just the venue that’s amazing but so are the staff and most importantly my wedding planner Liliana who was always there and made me feel relaxed.

  My dream wedding came true, the outside pavilion, the rooms, all the staff that made the day perfect.

  Beautiful venue!

  Easthampstead was a beautiful venue, and everything we were looking for! Liliana who was helping coordinate things for us was really lovely and helpful. We had an absolutely amazing day and our guests absolutely loved it!

  Making the impossible possible

  I can not put in words what the wedding team at Easthampstead Park did for me and my husband but I will try. After spending a fortune on a non refundable wedding abroad, we had to cancel it just 3 months before due to my mother’s illness. She was no longer able to fly but she made us promise we will still get married in April. She knew she wanted to see me get married before she went and set us the impossible task to make it happen within months. An impossible task that we were ready to give up on. We were ready to settle for a registry office wedding until we made the call to Easthampstead Park. I explained the situation briefly and I felt like the team not only made the impossible seem possible but they turned one of my most vulnerable moments in life into the most magical day I will cherish forever.
  
  They helped with every detail by suggesting vendors and even supported me with ones I sourced myself. They were patient with me when I fell behind and were great at accommodating my erratic schedule and questioning. The personal touch and kind approach was exactly what I needed to actually enjoy the process of planning a wedding. Even selecting the menu with the chef was like sitting with a dear family member that is just as invested in your big day as you are. He tailor made the menu to ensure it reflected us as a couple and it meant the most to us and our guests.
  
  On the day we had a team member with us from the very beginning to the very end. All the support staff from bartenders to servers were ready to accommodate anything for anyone. They all took care of every detail, even the ones I didn’t know needed taken care of.
  
  My wedding was more of a success than I could have ever imagined and it is only because of the magic, professionalism and kind ethos of the team at Easthampstead Park. I will be eternally grateful not only for the fact that they helped me put together my dream wedding but because they went above and beyond to make mine and my mum’s wish come true.

  Our summer wedding at Easthampstead Park

  Our special day was a memory for a life time and a big part of that was our venue of Easthampstead park. This place will forever hold a special place for us and couldn’t have asked for a better team to host our day. Liliana was an absolute diamond and the staff that helped on the day. The planning, communicate ect was outstanding. We can not wait to return on our first anniversary.
