We had the most perfect day at Easthampstead Park. The staff were absolutely incredible and the day ran so smoothly. I didn’t have to worry about a thing which was so big for me. Our guests loved the food and the grounds and it really was just the most perfect day, thank you so much to Lili and the other staff - we are forever grateful❤️ -

Our wedding day couldn’t have been any better. The venue and grounds are gorgeous, the staff are fantastic and the food was delicious. Big shoutout to Liliana too for making everything perfect for us. We would highly recommend EP to other couples planning their wedding. -

The best day of our lives
My partner and I were first recommended Easthampstead Park by my mum when we began planning our wedding, and from the moment we arrived for our first appointment, we fell in love with the venue. The picturesque drive up to the Manor House was breathtaking, and we knew almost immediately that it was somewhere special.
We met the lovely Lily, who was so kind, patient and welcoming. She showed us around the venue, answered all our questions and made us feel completely at ease. She was genuinely lovely to talk to, and we loved the venue so much that we booked our wedding date before we even left!
In the lead-up to our wedding, Lily and her team were absolutely amazing, and we honestly cannot praise them enough. They truly wanted our day to be as special as possible and went above and beyond to make sure everything we wanted came together. Lily was always available to answer our questions, no matter how big or small, and made the entire wedding-planning process feel easy and stress-free. She thought of every last detail and even suggested lovely additions we hadn’t considered, such as lawn games and music, which helped make our day even more special.
Everything was taken care of, from the bridal suite and makeup room to the DJ and photobooth, and it was clear how much thought and care had gone into making our day perfect.
On the day itself, we had the lovely Hannah looking after us, and she was wonderful to work with. She made us both feel completely at ease, regularly checked that we were okay and ensured we had everything we needed throughout the day. Knowing we were in such good hands meant we could relax, enjoy every moment and truly take it all in.
I honestly cannot recommend Easthampstead Park highly enough as a wedding venue. From the beautiful scenery and stunning Manor House to the incredibly attentive, caring and dedicated team, everything exceeded our expectations. We are so grateful to Lily, Hannah and everyone at Easthampstead Park for helping us create such a special day and memories we will treasure forever.
Thank you so much for making our wedding everything we dreamed of and more.

We got married on 6th August and had our Indian wedding at Easthampstead Park, and we couldn’t have been happier with the experience!
A special thank you to Prasitha at Easthampstead Park our wedding events specialist, who was absolutely fantastic throughout the whole process. She was always responsive, approachable and happy to help with any questions we had. She also worked closely with us to tailor a wedding package that suited our needs perfectly, which we really appreciated.
We would highly recommend Prasitha and Easthampstead Park to anyone planning their wedding, especially an Indian wedding. Thank you for helping make our special day so memorable! -

Had our mixed asian wedding here in September 2025. Prasitha and the team were great, lots of information and planning beforehand and great communication Nothing was unclear with regards to the venue beforehand. The venue was very accommodating for what we wanted in our celebration, and we loved the outdoor space that came along with the King Suite. Everything ran very smoothly, and the hotel reception were also very accommodating for us and the for the guests and attendees.

We had the most amazing Christmas wedding at Easthampstead Park Hotel and honestly couldn’t have asked for a more perfect venue.
The hotel looked absolutely stunning with all the Christmas decorations, especially the big Christmas tree outside and the one inside by the stairwell. It really created such a magical atmosphere and made the whole day feel even more special.
From start to finish, everything was run so professionally, which took so much pressure off us and meant we could actually relax and enjoy our wedding. The staff were amazing and so attentive throughout the whole day. Nothing ever felt like too much trouble and everything just seemed to happen exactly when it needed to.
The room reveal was exactly how we had imagined it and everything was set up just as we had directed. We were also able to store our things at the hotel before and after the wedding, which made such a difference and meant the whole weekend felt so much more relaxed rather than us having to worry about transporting everything around.
A lovely unexpected bonus was the breakfast they put on in a private room for all our family and friends who stayed over. It was such a thoughtful touch and a really lovely way to finish the weekend together.
We also have to give a very special mention to Lili. She was absolutely fantastic from start to finish. She was so reassuring, incredibly helpful and somehow managed to answer our million and one questions without ever making us feel like we were being a pain! Having someone like her there made such a difference and gave us so much confidence that everything was in safe hands.
The whole day genuinely went so perfectly and we have so many amazing memories from the weekend. We honestly cannot recommend Easthampstead Park Hotel highly enough. It was everything we could have hoped for and more, and we’re so glad we chose it for our wedding.Easthampstead Park's reply:

We had our Indian wedding events over 3 days at Easthampstead Park hotel, with all events on-site and guests staying on-site. We were very lucky to have stumbled upon EHP when looking for wedding venues, and we are so happy we held our wedding there, it was the perfect venue for all of our requirements.
We had some reservations at the start, based on previous hotel reviews, but the team were very open to speaking with us and addressing any concerns, and they have made huge improvements across the site over the last 2 years, and it was truly an amazing venue.
In particular, Prasitha (their weddings & event specialist) was our main contact throughout the process and we could not be more thankful for her! Her communication, professionalism, attention to detail and experience is second to none. She addressed any reservations and concerns at the start of the process, and kept us informed and up to date throughout.
She took a huge amount of time and had a lot of patience with our many questions. Closer to the time we had a meeting talking through logistics of all the events, and I remember feeling completely reassured and as if everything was falling into place, because of her knowledge and suggestions. She has an excellent rapport with the main suppliers, which makes the whole process much smoother. We were very sad to say bye at the end of the process, after all the time we had spent together.
If you are looking for a venue that can cater for indian weddings, with beautiful grounds, plenty of space for guests to stay on-site and an excellent wedding specialist (Prasitha) who will guide you through the process, we would highly recommend EHP! Thank you all!

Lili is the best!
Easthampstead Park is an absolutely stunning venue and that’s what captured our attention to go and have a look on one of their open days in October. From first enquiring, all the way up until the day after the wedding Liliana looked after us and nothing was ever too much to ask and no question was too silly! The support we received throughout the whole planning process from the team at Easthampstead Park was phenomenal and they made us feel so comfortable and like our day was just as important to them as it was to us. The menu tasting allowed us to slightly personalise the meal choices to what we liked and we were also able to theme our cocktail hour after our cats. The great thing about Easthampstead Park is having someone like Liliana as we had regular catch ups throughout the planning process and she contributed ideas with her expertise and knowledge that made our day so seamless and that much more special.Easthampstead Park's reply:

Amazing Venue, Amazing Team, Unforgettable Day
We honestly couldn’t have asked for a better experience from the very first show around right through to the end of our wedding day - and even beyond!
From the moment we first visited the venue, Lili was absolutely amazing. She was so helpful, attentive and supportive throughout the entire journey, always making us feel looked after and ensuring everything was exactly as we hoped.
The whole team, both during the planning process and on the wedding day itself, were incredibly professional, polite, friendly and accommodating. Nothing ever felt like too much trouble, and they helped make our special day feel completely stress free.
The venue itself is gorgeous and the recent new decor has made the ballroom look even more incredible. It created such a beautiful and elegant setting for our wedding and our guests couldn’t stop complimenting the venue.
