If Wayne is looking after you, you are in the best possible hands. He made the planning and the day itself effortless. I can''t thank him enough! The venue is delightful, the staff were tremendous, our guests are still talking about it today, 7 years on.

As many past and future brides will know, weddings take a lot of time and effort to organise. I decided to get married in August 2001 and planned my wedding for 10th November 2001 – 3 months to organise everything!!!!

I would just like to share my experience of my wedding and reception venue – the Dylan Thomas Centre in Swansea and especially the catering manager – Wayne Phillips.

The wedding date was the first available Saturday that I could have between August and the end of the year, so I booked it. Then started to panic about what the reception venue would require from me, menu choices, decorations etc. I rang Wayne who very nonchalantly said he would require a small deposit and I was to ring him a week before the wedding to discuss all the details. I couldn’t believe it was this easy. But it was.

Wayne and the staff at the Dylan Thomas Centre offer the most professional service I have ever come across. Their organisation is second to none. The Centre is a fantastic venue for a wedding. I was made to feel so much at ease leading up to and on the day itself. The food is excellent, both quality and value for money. Nothing was too much trouble for them and it made what was supposed to be the best day of my life even better than I could ever have imagined.

So a big thank you to Wayne and all the staff at the Dylan Thomas Centre for an absolutely amazing day.
