Country Wedding Venues in Swansea

The King Arthur were brilliant with us from start to finish. We came to their open day which we found on facebook and immediately knew it was the venue for us. They kindly helped us plan details from the start, from knowing what time of year to book to organisation on the day. Communication from the team was excellent throughout and they always promptly answered any questions or requests we had. We dealt with Rhian and finally Zoe who made sure the run up and the actual day ran perfectly. The entire team worked incredibly well together on the day, ensuring that we as the married couple were taken care of as well as all of our guests. The king arthur takes dietary requirements/allergies incredibly seriously and we were able to relax knowing that our guests would be safe in their hands. We are immensely grateful to the entire team for the kind welcoming each time we visited the King Arthur, from the open day to prep meetings and the taster evening we attended. The food and drinks we had during the day were all very high quality and portions very generous! The venue had plenty of rooms to accommodate our guests travelling from afar, with organising the accommodation simple to do. We stayed in the honeymoon suite which was very spacious and comfortable and exactly what we needed as a space to escape to and relax at the end of the night. All of our friends and family commented on how well the day ran and how beautiful the venue was. We have friends and family who have previously gotten married here; when we asked for any tips they simply said allow the team to do what they do best. This is advice I would pass on to any other friends getting married here. We had an incredible day and would absolutely recommend King Arthur to any couple thinking of getting married in and around Swansea!

Our son got married at Plas y Rhosyn on the 25th May 2025. John, Annika and the rest of the staff were absolutely brilliant. Nothing was too much trouble. The day was fabulous from start to finish, the venue was perfect, the food at the reception and in the evening was exceptional and the serving staff were great. We had two children at the reception, the lady that looked after them was an absolute treasure. All in all it was a day to remember, but absolutely made so by the hard work from Annika and the staff as a whole. We wholeheartedly recommend Plas y Rhosyn to any couple thinking of booking a wedding there.
