We are your perfect flexible wedding venue!!
A Spectacular Scottish Castle set within private parklands with enchanting interiors and impressive grounds. Here at Culdees we will support your creative vision, be it in the form of tiny unicorns, floating in on a hot air balloon, sword fighting with Vikings on the lawns, or sliding down a helter skelter we can help you realise your wedding dreams.
Who else has a Powder Room, Champagne Turret, Whisky snug, a Dungeon photo booth, and a cute wee Private Chapel? These are just some of the unique features which will leave your guests speechless. We also have a new fairylit Garden Pavilion that can seat up to 300 guests!!
We have various settings for Saying “Aye Do” to cater from a small elopement to a grand gathering. The ever so romantic Castle Chapel, The Garden Pavilion, The Glass Roof Courtyard, Our Rustic Outdoor Woodland Ceremony Area along with amples of gardens and lawns with a highland backdrop. Immerse yourself within nature, ancient trees and our spectacular wildlife. Peacocks, Owls and Wild Deer roam freely and often grace the guests staying in our luxury glamping cabins.
Our ever-changing venue constantly grows and improves as we use all event funds to continue with our passion for restoring the castle. So why not make your own history with a wedding designed by you and our talented team. We have the perfect flexible venue for you to style and personalise as you wish. Our props store is an event in itself! Stacked with glorious candelabras, vintage crockery, flower arches, pillars, lanterns and more!

We couldn’t have imagined a more magical place to celebrate our wedding than Culdees Castle Estate. From the moment we first visited, we were completely enchanted by the stunning grounds and the serene beauty of the chapel — it was love at first sight. The estate has a timeless charm that made our day feel like a fairytale.
Tracey, Rob, and the entire team were nothing short of phenomenal. Their warmth, professionalism, and attention to detail made the entire experience seamless and joyful. Tracey was especially incredible — her support in the months leading up to the wedding was invaluable, and the day before the wedding she was right there helping us set up, making sure everything was perfect.
The pavilion was the ideal space for both our meal and the evening party. It was beautifully set up, spacious, and had the perfect atmosphere for celebrating with our loved ones. Every moment felt special, and the flow of the day was flawless thanks to the team’s hard work and care.
One of the most meaningful aspects of choosing Culdees Castle Estate was knowing that our wedding contributed to the ongoing renovation of this historic gem. It feels wonderful to be part of its story and to support the restoration of such a unique and beautiful place.

Tracey and her mum Kath were our witnesses for our elopment wedding and took such great care of us on the day with a wonderful shiny aura.
We had a stressfree absolutely perfect wedding day and we would change nothing about it !

The most magical wedding
:chapel, bar, pavilion, courtyard, outdoor areas and bathrooms were finished to such a high standard and quality. The venue is so versatile and can be adapted to everyone’s vision and dream wedding. All our guest spoke about how amazing, beautiful and unique it was. Having access to the venue to set up the day before and then having all the lodges the night before allowed us to have close family to have a celebration the day before. Additionally having time to have a breakfast the next day finished off the wedding weekend amazingly. This allowed us to have a full weekend celebration.
We don’t know how we could have had as such a successful wedding without the help and support from Tracey and Rob. From the very first meeting they both made us feel so welcome and relaxed. Throughout the process they kept us on track on our side, suggested and organised vendors and updated us about further renovations. On the day the whole team were extraordinary, they helped set up the venue, steamed our dresses, organised and helped all our guests and kept everything on track. Our friends and family still discuss how amazing the team are. Nothing was a hassle and our day ran smoothly from start to finish thanks to them and allowed us to be completely stress free and fully enjoy our day.
Culdees Castle was our dream venue and the team made it a reality. We are sad it is over, but thanks to Tracey and Rob, we know we are welcome back anytime.

Magnificently Magical!
To say that the whole Culdees Castle team went above and beyond for our day does not even cover it. They are all just amazing. From building and painting benches for our outdoor ceremony dream, steaming dresses, floofing pom-poms, helping set up the day before, chauffeuring guests around in the golf buggy, coordinating with suppliers and then keeping everything running so smoothly and on time. I could really right page after page as they were a godsend. To be able to relax and enjoy your day knowing everything is in the safest, most caring and professional hands is priceless.
Everyone of our guests was blown away by the venue and the grounds. They felt well looked after and loved the whole day so much so they can’t stop talking about it. We also loved staying in the lodges on site, it made everything so much more calm that we were just there no rushing around trying to get places in the morning. They were so comfy and lovely to relax in the night before and then after the celebrations it just added something special to the whole experience.
We are sad it is over. We really couldn’t have envisioned a more weekend and it for sure wouldn’t have been what it was without the whole Culdees Castle family and all their exceptional work and support. 5 stars are not enough!

Our wedding was perfect, way more than I even imagined. I was a little worried wedding planning details would be somewhat of a challenge since we live in Texas,USA but Tracey made the process so smooth and everything was perfect! She connected me with every vendor that we needed, and was always available when I needed to talk about the wedding. Tracy paid great attention to detail and truly got to know us the months of planning, lots of phone chats, not just communicating through emails . that she surprised us with some small special details. Tracey and her husband Rob went above and beyond and made our day turn out even better than we had pictured in our minds. In the end, we really felt like we walked away as friends, and we already agreed. We are definitely going back. to see the progress on the castle and share in a wee bit of scotch with our newfound friends.
If you’re not looking to get married, you can still (and should definitely) go visit the castle and stay in one of their glamping cabins, you will not be disappointed.

An absolutely amazing day
Our wedding day was all we hoped for but far more.
Everything from venue to food to music to celebrant to Indian priest was fantastic.
Culdees was one of a very limited number of venues who allowed us the privilege of hosting a western and Indian ceremony involving the small contained fire needed for the ceremony.
Not only that but they were very happy for us to employ our own caterer (Indian)
We had fire pits with s’mores garden games for kids, pipers, Indian drummers, ceilidh and Gerba ( Indian dancing) a truly fusion wedding all made possible by Tracey, Rob and their fantastic team.
